Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Duluth/Gwinnett Place

I had to take my car through the car wash twice, vacuum around the doors and crevices, and treat the car for ants because I was worried about bringing them with me—especially since my car was packed with my belongings for a move. Seeing a few bugs outside is one thing, but having this many ants covering and getting into the crevices of my vehicle was unacceptable and added a lot of unnecessary stress and expense to my stay. The parking lot/property definitely needs better pest control.

Staff friendly, rooms and grounds clean. Breakfast ok only complaint the boiled eggs was frozen and the scrambled eggs was powdered. Should provide fresh eggs

Room was spacious and kitchenette was well stocked. Pool is a bit small but as we weren’t there for swimming it didn’t bother us. Lots of choices for breakfast (warm and cold) except for fruit, it was bananas all five days we were there which was a bit disappointing. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Location was perfect. Great location surrounded by plenty of eating options. The value and size of the rooms worked well for our guests. The rooms room out of date. Lots of chipped paint on the walls and fixtures in our room. The toilet was clogged the last of our stay and was un-operable. We have 4 guests in our room and it was hard to get enough towels for all of us throughout our stay. We also booked for each room to have a pull out couch, but that was not available for us at check in.

My experience was excellent. I really enjoyed it and will be returning. Thank you for good customer service.

Nothing The smoke detector in the bedroom is hanging off the wall the bathtub drain pop-up is sitting incorrectly and there was no updated coffee maker. Each room should have a Keurig.

Location and convenience to the arena I was visiting. The amenities were great (breakfast, pool) Room 147 was outdated. Room smelt like smoke. Toilet didn't not flush the last night of our stay. We were given a plunger to fix the issue, but that did not work.

Good area

I enjoyed my stay overall here. The staff was friendly, especially Ms Yolanda at the front desk. The room and hotel could use a deep cleaning. It wasn’t nasty, by any means, but there were stains on the walls, hair on the floor of the bathroom, and the pool didn’t appear to be cleaned when we used it one morning and saw the same trash floating in it(it was someone’s false eye lashes). They served a really nice continental breakfast as well.

I was charged $12 parking fee, really!! And something hotel fees?? If i knew ahead, I would have not book it. Residence Inn by Marriott in Duluth, GA I will remember Not to book it again.

The location is great. The faculty is amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean. More options. Like pancakes, waffles, pork dausage link or patties, oatmeal, grits, hashbrowns, cinnamon and raisin bagels. Cosmetically there is still work to be done. Caulking bathrooms, stains on celings, cracks in bathroom molding and where the wall meets the carpet.

Didn’t have extra linens for pull out sofa. Halls smell like marijuana
