The staff was so caring and helpful! The location is very good, VERY close to 2 metro lines, 2 supermarkets, the post office, and the main train station. The best value for money. It's not the nicest hotel, but you're just there to sleep. Get it! I would stay again. The room was clean with comfy beds.

The property is very good! Clean, and all was as expected. The location is very good, right near the Metro Station. The staff is friendly and ready to help anytime.

Excellent value for money. The room looked pretty and was very tidy, beds were comfortable and the kettle is a nice addition I hadn't seen in other properties in Germany. The bathroom was also great. The convenience at which you do the check in and get into the property was also lovely. Location was pretty good as well. The TV didn't work properly as it had limited channels and the channels it did have had a lot of static. The shower head was a bit faulty as it would sometimes slide down.

10 min Walking from main Railway Station. U-Bahn, Just few steps from Hotel. Very Neat & Clear Room. Tea Coffee can prepare in room. For me access was easy, given access code worked very well. Super Markt & restaurants next to Hotel. Nice Breakfast and available from 6.30am.

Nothing!!!! Extremely dangerous. No deception, I received a pin code on email which can open every door at the hotel! Parking was very small and it wasnt even from hotel, very weird people on drugs was there. The room was dirty, you can hear everything.

/ there is no lobby, an e-mail asked me to fill in a form that was not sent to me to receive my door codes, when calling the number provided it was impossible to communicate with the man on the other side. he did not speak english and was rudely, angrily, repeating the same few phrases about a form, completely incomprehensible speech. i got a refund.

The hotel never gave me the registration form to receive the pin from them to enter the room They never replied to my messages at all, I wasted my money and I am unable to retrieve it
