10 mins walk to hbf and close to leopaldstrasse u Bahn. Friendly staff . Lots of food places near the hotel Bed was uncomfortable and no lift at the hotel.

There was a fridge, on a walk distance from Dortmund HBF There was a cigarette butt in the toilet. The heating didn't work. Please, during the cold months, improve that. Consider putting a kettle for heating the water, when there is a tea. And there was a coffee, but not coffee machine. Then, these are useless

I reserved and paid online from booking com however at the reception told us it was not paid and paid double. Then they told me booking.com will return back money however no money is paid back to me. The hotel is sparkling clean The staff are friendly, helpful and speak english well The room is very spacious There is private secure parking The breakfast is excellent, with delicious coffee Free WiFi The tiled floor in the room is cold The room needs better lighting The mattress was hard The TV set did not work You need a staff member to access the parking garage

Very good in all respects. The fact there is no lift is a major problem….i would only stay again if I had a lower numbered room.

Really it’s very very very bad hotel, you can’t imagine how bad it’s, no wifi , no telephone, no service room, no elevator,toilets broken,very dirty.next time if i sleep in the road it’s better to stay in this hotel.

I had spacious room with 2 beds, full size wardrobe, fridge, desk, TV, complimentary coffee, tea and toiletries. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is located on approx. 15 minutes walking distance from the Central Train Station, with plenty of restaurants, Cafes and Grocery Stores nearby. Great price-quality ratio. No Lift in the building. Hot water was running for very short period of time each time I took a shower. There were no spoons or sticks to mix the sugar in the coffee or tea.
