Kind reception, clean room, close to metro station. The TV didn’t work

Hotel was very close to the underground, Approximately 300meters, which made it easier to get to and from the central station. The staff were super friendly. The showers were great. The hotel was approximately 900 meters from the event I attended. If you want a place to sleep and shower, it checks all the boxes. The elevator wasn’t working during my stay, unfortunately my room was on the third floor 3OG. Although my reservation included breakfast, I was told at arrival that breakfast hasn’t been offered for six months. They said I would be receiving a partial refund for the breakfast. The room stayed very warm the entire time, and despite opening the window (which only tilts) and the door, I couldn’t get any cooler air at night. Because the hotel is on a main street, traffic noise continued late into the night. With the summer heat, I had to choose between opening the window and hearing traffic or keeping it closed and dealing with the warmth. Even closed, the noise was noticeable. The window also had a crack; staff said it would be replaced. Triple‑pane windows would greatly help with noise. The hotel sign lights shined directly into the room. Thicker curtains would help block the light. Rooms facing away from the street are likely more comfortable.
