Good location close to Southern Cross Railway Station. The Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is an excellent location. It is walking distance to train station, tram stops, restaurants, bars cafes, Marvel Stadium and shopping. The person on reception as we checked in was far from warm and welcoming. We had to wait quite a while as a group was checking in ahead of us. We were not acknowledged at all and when it was our turn they simply said "Next", not sorry for keeping you waiting or thank you for your patience. It is the little things that make a big difference.

Unfortunately, the housekeeping was very disappointing. I stayed for six nights, but my bed sheets were never changed. Some days towels were missing, and on other days they weren’t replaced at all. Despite requesting housekeeping every day, the room was barely cleaned—the bed wasn’t made, and it felt like they only emptied the trash. This was the most disappointing part of my stay.

that our rooms were on different floors and the check in and out process was a bit exhausting and very very long

Quiet location within walking distance to transport and eating facilities The bed was a bit on the "hard side". The pillows were budget but ok. An extra blanket would have been good.

close and convenient to city and shopping , breakfast good value, room was clean and comfortable only 2 lifts working which made it difficult when trying to get down from an upper level as they are small lifts

The breakfast advertised shoes fried eggs on the poster but only scrambled were available so it seemed like false advertising, also the breakfast was cold

Bed was great. Location fine too. Staff were nice. Coffee cups didnt get cleaned when our room was done. The rest was fine. Wasnt happy with lack of TV channels to watch. Just had the basic free to air stuff.

Took 16 minutes waiting to get on the elevator this morning so we could go down to ground level for checkout it was packed and slow.

the facility is old like the faucet and it would be better to have a reading light.

i like the breakfast part. so amazing ，so many choice of the food

Needed more staff in restaurant during school holidays. Waited long time for plates that never turned up. Not enough glasses either available.
