Hotel Indigo Melbourne on Flinders by IHG

Cleaning/houskeeping service was unexpectedly poor. 2 days in a row the room was left without vacuuming despite me letting the front desk staff know about it on day 1. Wine glasses were not washed one day and taken out of the room without the replacement the other day. Eventually it was cleaned properly on Day 3. Otherwise the hotel is fine; beds are comfortable, staff is good.

The team were fantastic we felt very well looked after during our stay.

Loved everything about the rooms and decor, making it so unique. The location was exceptional.

The staff were great and the rooms were lovely.

Coffee was terrible.

Restaurant was super cold.

near our event location. walking distance to everywhere. it's in center of city of Melbourne. near Flinder street station so it's easy if you want to go to suburb of Melbourne. a lot of nice restaurant from the street food type till fine dining none

Great location. Price excellent considering proximity to train station and Marvel Stadium Hallway a bit noisy. Temp in room could have been cooler

Fabulous room with great bed. I LOVED the pillows. I want those pillows. Outstanding location near everything I wanted, particularly public transport and food options. Staff were lovely. It's my second stay here and I'll absolutely be coming back.

Loved staying here. Very comfortable with friendly staff and a great location.

Location is great. Breakfast is very good, coffee and eggs prepared as you wish. They also have a great deal with the parking building just in front.

Fun decor, nice room overlooking Flinders ln with beautiful tree outside the window, felt like you weren't in the city at all. Good soundproofing to the street below, perfect location. A/C non existent. Shower took a lifetime to get hot

It's a nice hotel but way different than our experience at the Indigo in The Hague. That is a hotel to remember, this was pretty much forgettable – you could have been anywhere in the world. The black and the red in the hotel room felt a bit weird.

Beautiful rooms, very spacious. Great coffee at breakfast and lovely staff.

Expensive car parking, but thst the city these days

Modern and ample size room, 300 sq feet Location good but not Primo; for example,  25 m to Federation Square, Chinatown, 5 m to Southern Cross Station, 10 m to Marvel Stadium Got an late checkout for 2 hours .Nice touch ? Bad urine smell in 1 elevator ; Hall carpet looks dirty

Rooms were good. Hotel Location was great, close to the work place.

The location is good, as it is in downtown, but it is very quiet at night. There are two convenience stores and a supermarket if you need more supplies. The staff are very friendly and polite; the rooms are not too big but enough for two people, and the bed is soft and very comfortable. Nothing, I think eveyrthing is pretty good
