Very comfy beds. We had a small room, but it didn't matter as the location is amazing. No elevator to the exact floor. We had to drag suitcases up and down stairs

Literally across the road from the Southern Cross Station - perfect if you just need a bed I wouldn't stay for a few days, but perfect for a quick stop. Staff were super generous in letting us check out late due to a surprise migraine

Location is convenient to Southern Cross and the workplace I had to work at. Bathroom was upgraded & appeared reasonably new. Staff were great. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open (on a night it usually is) which was one of the reasons I like to stay here. As a women on her own in the city, I had to go out to find dinner. However this was an exception and wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

I had returned from a long flight and was exhausted. I was allowed to go into my room early. Thankyou for allowing that. I really needed to lay down. I wasn’t given the wifi details, when I got my key. I was too tired to ring.
