WIDE Hotel

Location excellent, easy to reach major attractions on foot and easy to get to it from the airport by public transport. Friendly and helpful staff, room clean, we especially liked the heated floor in the bathroom ? Finally a room in which you can open the windows! The hotel even lends you an umbrella if it rains ???? We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I always miss another chair in a room for two people. It would be great if there were a few more hooks to hang things. One pillow was lumpy, but there were spare ones, which were ok. Otherwise, no complaints.

This hotel had a wonderful location near the city hall square and with easy access to many popular tourist destinations. It had very nice amenities such as soft towels and good toiletries and a nice mini bar selection. It also had two balconies with different city views that we could use. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast (added charge) was very hearty and varied. You can also rent a bike for the day. The common spaces such as lounges and breakfast room are very nicely designed. The price was a little high for the level of luxury of the room, in my opinion. The small carpet in the room was a little dirty, perhaps because of recent rains.

Location and historical building It was very busy at peak breakfast times, would be nice if the breakfast could be varied up a little as same choices every morning .

Location is perfect, 4 minute walk for the main square where many free tours leave. Also close by to Tivoli and the shopping street. Breakfast was amazing, the staff was very helpful in regard to a special culinary request of ours. Gym is small but well equipped. The elevators are old, small and slow, so sometimes you have to wait until you get one.

Location good. Air con not good. Room small and gloomy. Bath in room..irritating. Balcony furniture uncomfortable. Small bathroom. Tiny wardrobe...no room to hang clothes for 2 people. Not enough coat hangers. Dirty grubby feel to room. Elevator took ages as only one .....had to wait a long time every time. Breakfast really really busy....too many people.

The location was great and it was well maintained overall. They need to upgrade air conditioning at the very least. Saying it has air conditioning is mosleading when its hot. I would also say the fan they loaned was weak and at max speed barely blew air.

Airconditioning could be colder but it was very hot during my stay.

Staff was extremely warm & welcoming; they even helped me secure an airplane reservation. They granted a late check out and stowed my bags in their luggage locker for the entire day. Location was perfect - down town, close to the action, train, and metro. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Copenhagen Nothing. Everything was perfect for a solo traveler

Very dusty, and the cleanliness under the mattress was not good. There was life under the bed, we had to switch rooms.

The location was excellent, very central and very close to public transport stops.
