The location is great, the staff at reception were friendly, breakfast was ok No help with luggage, very Spartan room facilities - no coffee machine, no slippers - the very bare minimum. Very black wardrobe so one can’t see if anything is left behind.

The good: the service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and helpful throughout. The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. The beds were very comfortable, and the family room was unique and special; our daughter loved it. The gym is excellent — a real one, not a token treadmill in a closet — and having bikes to rent on site was a huge plus, especially in Copenhagen. Amenities overall were solid. The less good: at $600+ a night, we expected a few things to be better. The bathroom sink was so small we couldn’t wash our faces without water spilling over the edge. Noise was the bigger issue — music from the restaurant kept us awake until 11pm every night, and because we were on the first floor, we were woken at 6 or 7am by footsteps overhead. It’s an older building with thin ceilings, and it shows. The room also ran warm with no way to adjust the temperature.

The Hotel Bella Grande, was centrally located making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I loved the unique blend of history charm and modern style. I will stay here again. Loved the property. However, I would upgrade to a larger room if possible.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The standard room was spacious enough for two people, and the bathroom was spacious as well. The sheets were of good quality, and the room was cleaned professionally. The location is perfect—quite close to Tivoli and very close to the shopping street, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. What impressed us most was the staff. They were honest, friendly, and very helpful. After we checked out, they found a charger that we had left behind and kindly returned it to us. We also had some special requests regarding our room, and they did their best to accommodate our needs. Good and trustworthy staff are very important to us when choosing a hotel, and the staff here really made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely be happy to stay here again! The shower curtain, it fell down once.
