Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, and a Scandi-quirky, minimal space. It was well situated and we could walk almost everywhere. My only concern was the height of the bed and the way one had to climb over the other person to get up. We are 77, and getting in and out of the bed was a little tricky.

I liked the location, just ware I needed a hotel The unique rooms controlled by an iPad was something I wasnt expecting but a nice gadget touch. The breakfast was fantastic, amazing danish food. Everything was clean bright and fresh, just what a hotel should be The iPad was fun but wasnt needed and wouldn't be for everyone. I think spending the money on coffee facilities may of been abbit better but thats just me.

Well designed, clean, friendly staff. Smallest hotel room I've ever had. Bed touched 3 walls and barely room to open large suitcase.

Love Citizen M everywhere in the world. I stay there whenever i can. Location of this one is FANTASTIC. 2 min walk from metro station and right at the center of everything. Was an amazing stay.

Great location, next to cool cafes, restaurants and bars and a subway station. 24 hour check in, air conditioning and the ability to schedule everyday cleaning and towel change with no extra charge. It was too expensive (but Copenhagen is expensive in general) and there were no extra pillows, although the room description stated there would be. I know I could ask for more from the desk but I didn't feel like going to the 7th floor to get them.

The hotel staff member who welcomed us was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and made us feel very uncomfortable. His attitude toward us was inappropriate and felt discriminatory. He did not give us any choice regarding the room and instead assigned us a smaller room without properly explaining or offering alternatives. The room was extremely small, the cleanliness was not satisfactory, and the overall experience was very disappointing. The way we were treated by one of the staff member made the situation even worse. We expected a much higher level of professionalism, respect, and hospitality.

Breakfast was amazing! Love the never ending specialty coffee drinks! Twin beds!! My sister & I had to get 2 rooms because we prefer sleeping in separate beds! That was one big disappointment with not accommodating this!

Fantastic location & easy to check in & out of the property. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff were very friendly & helpful, loved our stay & would highly recommend it. Mini fridge wasn’t cooling items & the ac didn’t change temp, but it was cool enough during our stay.
