Breakfast was really well done. No proper parking, but that was solved by the valet parking so no problem in the end.

There was no bread!! Bread didn’t arrive until after I had finished my breakfast. Disappointing. Other than that breakfast was good.

Swimmingpool was great

Hotel overall is very good - I always stay there when I am in Copenhaguen - My fav part being the swimming pool Manager at downstairs restaurant is obsessed with the service to finish early ( last order around 9 pm or 9 :30) waiters were super strict about it - it made our stay very complicated and we had to rush each time when we were having dinner. I heard it is a Danish thing to eat super early but when you manage an international 5 stars hotel you can't kick clients out around 10 pm. In a 5 stars I also like to have a late drink or order in the room, all those things needs to be improve - I felt like I was being annoying each time I asked. Same fro breakfast again - lake of flexibility in general.

Location No concept of service especially at the reception. The staff there obviously have higher career aspirations and are too good for what they are doing. Especially the day shift. Evening shift is better. Zero attention to arriving guests. Ridiculous prices for valet service at a hotel that has no place to stop to begin with. Standard rooms are a joke and they try to call this Danish design. Nobody to help you with luggage. Even tipping does not work. One person didn't do what he got tipped for. The other could not put together the words "thank you", just looked surprised. It was not due to the inadequacy of the gratuity, I can assure the reader. Badly managed breakfast. Empty pepper grinders, regular bread in gluten free section, buffet good but basic. Zero management presence at breakfast. You might as well be at the breakfast of a three or four star hotel. Extremely overpriced. Claims of luxury are pure fantasy.
