Breakfast was amazing and great value. Room was pretty small but adequate

The hotel is a couple of minutes from the train station and the central buses, so it was very easy to get to from the airport. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The room was tiny and had no air conditioning, which is unbelievable considering it's 2026! The window tilted open to allow a warm breeze, which obviously didn't help, and then the nearby amusement park began a fireworks display at 11.30 p.m.!!! It was quite definitely my worst night's sleep ever in a hotel.

Location near the station. Very small room. Bad layout

The location is perfect! It's only steps from the Main Copenhagen Train Station and Metro, a short walk to Tivoli and the Meat Packing District. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable. It would have been nice to have Air Conditioning on hot days. There were two fans provided in the room but it still got hot at times. The elevator was a little interesting in that it stops actually between floors which requires you to take a short flight of stairs no matter what floor you are on.

We arrived at 2am to a warm welcome. The lady on reception kindly agreed to let us stay an hour after check out. Room is small but clean, all you need for a quick stay. Nothing really, was a short but pleasant stay. Maybe just the towels being very small, but this can be the norm in hotels.

Great location a short walk from station. Small but spotlessly clean room, with tea and coffee. Decent breakfast and a pleasant little courtyard to eat it in. Some staff a bit surly. Charge for storing luggage, which I wasn't expecting. Main issue not their fault- it seems like a noisy neighbourhood. If youre facing the street, expect to hear a lot of local colour.

Location is great, close to the train and all the sites. They can also store your luggage (for a fee) 1. Thin walls and a humming refrigerator; could hear our neighbor's voice and snoring 2. Lots of outside noise so if you're a light sleeper, can be problematic 3. You have to pay for morning coffee in the lobby 4. You have to pay for storing your luggage
