Location, location, location. Big rooms too, which is nice. The beds aren't great. The pillows were all lumpy. The mattress sagged a lot. A foam topper had been added to reduce the sag.

The location was great. Close to the train station and easy to walk everywhere. The room was comfortable and clean. The elevator was tiny .

Location Toilet paper holder does not hold the roll. It falls off with each tear of paper. No access to ice. No space in bathroom for our stuff

It was in very close proximity to the train station. The hotel was quiet in the evening. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The first stay the room was quite small, but the second stay we had a lovely sized room.

Large room. Clean and v comfortable bed. Had every needed for pleasant stay. Microwave, fridge etc. V quiet and plenty areas in hotel to sit and relax.close to central station

The location was extremely convenient. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of hangers in the closet, and iron and ironing board as well as bathrobes and slippers. This is it The shower was*extremely* small and there was no shelf in the shower to put shampoo, etc. The staff is supposed to come on duty at 8am, but were not always there on time. There is a coffee machine by reception but you can only access it during the hours that there is staff there when it would be better if it was available at all times so you can get coffee before 8:00 a.m. There is coffee in the room but it's only the pods.

Location was excellent and the staff was so helpful and nice. The beds were just ok, and unfortunately it was VERY loud outside late at night - we were there over the weekend of pride - so a lot of late partying in the area

Friendly efficient check-in and check-out. Steps away from central train station/metro for trip to airport after checkout. Comfortable bed. Copenhagen is a great, walkable city with great metro service to get anywhere you want quickly. Noisy first floor room backed up to apartments with all the noise an inner city apartment environment will bring. "Breakfast" was a few items left in the fridge and some rolls delivered to the door in the morning.
