Excellent location. Bigger rooms. Comfortable beds. The air conditioning was working. It was bit pricey and the room carpets were bit outdated.

Nothing to do with the staff or hotel. But the man who sold us “hop on Hop off tickets did not tell us enough. Left us stranded several miles from the hotel. Details are not important here but since we bought the tickets in your lobby it reflects on the hotel.

Nothing!

The TV kept cutting out every 15 min

The property was beautiful and the decor mimicking Tivoli Gardens was amazing. The pool and sauna were absolutely amazing. We couldn’t wait to get back to the hotel to get into the warm pool with waterfalls and jets, and a little sauna too! Breakfast was spectacular- so many choices! We arrived at 8am with two kids and were exhausted. I get that we couldn’t check in at 8am but they wouldn’t check us in even 10 min early at 2:50, they told us to come back at 3pm. That was pretty poor customer service

Too many people at breakfast

The hotel is well located and maintained. The staff is incredibly efficient. Very friendly restaurants team, with a breakfast of vast choices. The only issue is the proximity of metro stations to the hotel. You need at least 15-20 min to walk to the nearest station.

Location was great with comfortable rooms. Nice pool area. Decent breakfast buffet. Door was left open after cleaning to one of our rooms.

Amenities Facilities showed wear and tear Floor in pool area extremely slippery Glass door to the bathroom in the rooms causing light to show through in the night when sharing a room Green light on the balcony causing the room to be slightly lid at night

The room was spacious and comfortable. The executive lounge and breakfast rooms on the 11th floor were wonderful with spectacular views. The spa pool and exercise facitities were first rate. I would have liked a bathrobe in my executive room.

Location was good, staff was great, hotel restaurant was also good.

Served its purpose of providing a place to sleep at night. The room needed maintenance. There was a big gap at the side of the main shower head and the water poured through there. The water temperature had frequent spikes and drops every few seconds, and it seemed too frequent to be related to other guests flushing or using the water. There was no separate switch to control the bathroom lights, which was bothersome to other people in the room if you had to use the bathroom at night. You have to request room service the day before. For breakfast, you have to "reserve" everyday for the next day, basically telling them what time you will be showing up. The breakfast was average, nothing special. Generally speaking the hotel is mainly focused on managing conferences with a large number of attendees. The location is about 30 minute walk from the main attractions of the city, which is not too bad, but still it is not that close either. No slippers, welcome water bottle, or shoehorn in the room, which again none of it is that important on it's own, but everything put together felt like an average experience.

The location is great, rooms basic to standard and breakfast good. Extremely disappointing experience - poor handling of a simple booking issue My wife arrived after a long day of travelling, only to be met with one of the most disappointing customer service experiences we have ever had at a hotel. The booking had been made and fully paid for well in advance through Booking.com. However, when she arrived, the receptionist (or reception manager) was unable to find her name connected to the booking confirmation number. Instead of taking ownership of the situation and helping resolve it, my wife was told that because the reservation was made through a third party (Booking.com), there was nothing the hotel could do and that she would have to solve it herself. When she asked what she was supposed to do, the response was essentially: “Figure it out, it’s not our problem.” Anyone who has tried to contact Booking.com customer service knows this is not a simple process, and in situations like this, the hotel should communicate directly through the partner channels available between the property and Booking.com, not leave a guest who has already paid stranded at reception. After around two hours, another receptionist stepped in, contacted Booking.com, and solved the issue. We later learned that the hotel had recently changed PMS systems, which appears to have caused the problem. Clearly, this was not an issue created by us as guests. Mistakes and technical problems can happen, we understand that. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, the attitude and lack of willingness to help at the beginning were unacceptable, especially considering this was a five-night stay that had already been paid for. My wife ended up checking out early and booking another hotel. This is the first negative review I have ever written on Booking.com. I usually prefer resolving issues directly, which is why I contacted the hotel’s booking office twice before posting this. Unfortunately, I never even received a reply. Overall, disappointing!

The name is misleading-it is 1.5 km away from Tivoli gardens and the lively downtown

Very good breakfast, rooms have great amenities including smart TV, one can take new towels from the corridor each morning which very practical and efficient I knew that in advance but the location is at least 10 minutes walking from 2 metro stations which is quite long I was quite surprised that there was no option of watching the champions league final in one of the hotel bars or restaurants
