Loved the view and the harbor location

The hotel is beautiful, and its location right on the water makes it even more special. The shopping mall is nearby and the Central Station is just a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide range of products. The rooms are nice but could benefit from some refurbishment.

Location was very good/ next to station and mall Showers were fitted into high bath - Needed more sockets within room

We liked leaving this hotel. First thing encountered when entering the door. A large flight of stairs and only a barely working handicap elevator to use to lift two large International carry suitcases. It went down-hill from there. With such a weak facility, the staff could have made a big difference if they were very friendly and helpful. They were definitely not that.

The room was big enough with lots of light and a beautiful view. Breakfast was very good.

Location was good close to downtown CPH and many food options close by.

We loved the lap pool—even though it didn't belong to the hotel, it was easy to access anytime. The location is a bit far on foot (~20-30 minutes), but it's a very pleasant walk to the center. The furniture wasn't the most modern and the place hasn't been renovated recently, but the room was comfortable and clean.

Really modern design, lovely fresh rooms and nice communal areas. For the cost it would have been nice had the snacks/water bottles in the rooms been free of charge. Although we had adjoining rooms, there was no connecting door which would have been better as a family with children.

Hotel location was in a great location, close to the metro, food hall and shops, with great access to the water Nothing stood out

Nice bathroom. Easy location to public transportation. Staff is great. Staff help us a lot with public transportation and where to go. Walkable from metro and train. Easy to go shopping and food.

Good breakfast with a lot of different options, and served until late. Close to two metro stations and outdoor swimming pools. Scenic location on an evening Bike hire available Nothing fundamentally wrong, but very average in a city of lovely hotels. Drab decor, with pictures I swear are from Shutterstock. Location is out of town - 15 mins walk to Tivoli and a hike to everywhere else (though close to metro and water bus). Virtually no breakout / lounge to chill in.
