Location. Sports facilities. Board games. Friendly and helpful staff. Paper cups instead of reusable in rooms. Would have liked a fridge in the room.

Helpful and polite personell, wonderful breakfast, nice amenities (pool, sauna, coffee bar), nearby parking Two minor issues -noise from nearby railroad (although fixable with basic earplugs) -fully functional but bit outdated bathroom (specifically the bathtub)

Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything fresh and delicious. The room was lovely and cozy, with a very comfortable bed...perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was definitely one of the biggest highlights! Everything was conveniently close and easy to reach. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. The cleanliness could be improved a little, although I understand that the hotel has a high turnover of guests.

Easy access location if you're taking public transport; super friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome; access to activities like bowling and swimming pool, swimming facility is excellent and very clean; room felt spacious. There seemed to be lots of "non hotel" people at breakfast. It was crazy busy and not always easy to get the food you want or a cup of coffee.

Great location, friendly staff, great facilities and delicious breakfast included. Better coffee making facilites in the room, with a fridge would make a big difference.
