Fantastic position close to the central station.The interior is beautiful, much better than the external part. The room was clean and comfortable, with very comfy beds. Breakfast was varied, with lots of fresh fruits The external appearance is not nice. The hotel stands in a very crowded and noisy corner right next to the central train station and the Tivoli gardens.

the hotel is very nice. a bit old but verny nice. its now renovating so hopfully it will be ok on our rooms in the bathrooms there's a big window and no dark curtains, its not that great when from the out side you can see inside. day and night

The location is very convenient cozeverything is accessible. Not all the staff are friendly. The room has a very Odd smell when we entered after check-in so opened the windows. The bathroom wasn’t really clean and the tissue box is empty, we were 3 guests and the bathroom amenities were only for 2 guests. We were greeted at the restaurant by a very rude lady, and we were placed at a table where the space is a bit narrow and we were constantly being watched by the waiter/waitress so it wasn’t so relaxing to eat breakfast.
