The staff were nice and friendly and welcoming and helpful, the location is great and very close to train station The shower is too small,I was lucky being a small size person, there is no shelf to put any soap or loofa, the shampoo is not good quality it is 3 in one. The wifi is not working

The art of hotel living it is not

The room is next to a busy street, it could get noisy late night and early morning. The breakfast is decent, but not worth if you have to pay the full 150 DKK price.

The location is very close to the central train station. The facility is clean, and well maintained. It could get a little noisy (not sure if just my side of street). You can hear cars at night time, and trucks unloading early morning. The breakfast is decent, but not worth if you have to pay 150DKK for it.

The room was hot and very humid. Noisy early in the morning from the outside streets .

Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and accomodating. The hotel is very close to the main train station which was a big plus for getting around the city. We also appreciated the hotel having a luggage room where we could store our bags before check-in and after check-out. The breakfast room is on the smaller side so it can get crowded, luckily the hotel informed us of the breakfast "rush hours" so we could plan around them. The hotel does show its age in some of the facilities in the room (especially the bathroom), but they are all in working order and clean.

Proximity to central station, friendly looking communal area/lobby. The greater building such as hallways, staircases, and even parts of the room were not very clean looking. Many stains in the toilet and water deposits around fixtures or faucets. Portions look dated or roughed up such as carpet coming up, scratches on wall etc. not a deal breaker but that in combination with no AC, this accommodation is quite expensive. Value leaves something to be desired. Further, the bike rentals were quite expensive compared to getting a lime or other communal bike app offerings. Next time I’d find a more charming place even if it’s further away for similar or less money

Perfect location to train station and other piblic transport. Tivoli Gardens close by as well.

This hotel is one block from the main train station. The breakfast area is large and when weather permits, there is a very quaint courtyard to start your day. Breakfast options were above average. The hotel lobby is very comfortable, and the building has two elevators. Hotel staff, especially the front desk are friendly and willing to give advice on how to explore the city. Our room was good size and comfortable. The hotel also offered a 4-6 p.m. Happy Hour which was much appreciated after our city travels. Once you master the train and Metro system, this city becomes more enjoyable as tourist areas are spread out. The city is walkable which allows you to see more. Excellent drinking water out of the bathroom faucet. While our room was adequate, the bathroom was small and needed updating. Also, Netflix would have enhanced our stay.

Location! 1 block from the train station and Tivoli park. A short walk to city Hall Plaza and popular pedestrian zone. Neighborhood could get noisy. Needing to keep windows open because it was hot during our stay and there was no AC made sleeping difficult. Probably would be the same anywhere in the city though.

The staff was awesome

The rooms were warm because there was no air conditioning. My group had 2 rooms. One room opened to the courtyard and that was pleasant. They other room opened to the street and it was really loud all night long if the window was open due to the heat. It was still overall a great experience.

Excellent location near metro and S line train and trendy neighborhood and near Tivoli gardens . Very noisy at night if you are in street side and very small bathrooms Bathrooms were small and rooms were noisy

Great breakfast. Lots of variety. Superb location and safe. Helpful staff. Happy hour. Water from shower got all over the floor.

Great location to ALL public transportation and Tivoli. The staff were pleasant. I asked for a fan two days in a row as they were out. Unfortunately it was hot and stuffy. The smell of Asian food on all my freshly washed clothes, the carpet, bedding it was strong. Unfortunately hot so the windows were open part of the day for circulation. The noise. I did sleep at all. Between everyone on the street, street cleaners at 3am, garbage collection 7am and everyone slamming their room doors. Unfortunately the best wasn’t comfortable either. Just not a great stay. Maybe other rooms that don’t face the street or get all the restaurant smells.

Our room was quite warm and could not get it to cool down sufficiently. Leaving the window open resulted in listening to noise all night. But this was not a deal breaker, we still enjoyed our stay tremendously

Staff was very nice. Breakfast wasn't amazing but decent and there was a lot of options. The location was very central. Convenient for catching the train and metro. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet (we requested a quiet room and got one!). The room was small and the bathroom even smaller. I - a petite woman - could barely fit there. The water pressure wasn't great. The carpet was very worn out in spots. The room was generally clean but there were a few spots that could have been better cleaned. Also, and this is an important point for people staying with kids. A street the hotel is on is a red light district. There was a prostitute hanging out in front of the hotel and across from the hotel in the evenings (and I am guessing through the night). We tried walking down the street and it was so sketchy that we turned back. Going to the central station (a block away) was fine and I didn't feel unsafe per se but it wasn't very pleasant. It is fine during the day though.

The best is location, and it’s a clean hotel, the mirror written with your last name shows pretty nice and friendly welcome. The bathroom is too small for taking a shower.
