Helpful staff, very good free breakfast. We changed rooms and the second one was very nice. A very lively lobby. The room was not soundproof at all. All noises could be heard thru door, walls and windows. Another point - At first we got a room with a king size bed instead of twin beds. The room was small, outdated and uncomfortable. Then we asked for twin beds and we got a great room, big and modern. I still feel uncomfortable knowing that paying the same amount of money can get you so different rooms. And there want air conditioning in the room.

Loved the design of the hotel….unique places to relax and read or eat/drink. The room was an interesting layout but worked well. Was glad to have AC. Breakfast was excellent. The location was quiet but walking distance to most attractions.

The room was smaller than we expected, the breakfast was perfect, the staff and location were really great, the cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom and shower. I really liked the lovely staff who helped a lot, the location and the breakfast. We also ate at the hotel restaurant in the evening, and it was perfect. I think I would highly recommend the hotel.

Location is excellent. The room had a very sensible design - although the room was not huge there was excellent storage, many conveniently located electrical outlets, well organized bathroom and comfy bed Nil

Location, staff, buffet, restaurant Shower didn’t have a door and water was flooding the floor

The staff was amazing. Daniel and the rest of the front desk people went out of their way to be helpful and meet our needs. The breakfast was incredible, offering a large variety of fresh produce and mainly organic foods. Our coffee server Elias knew our order after 2 days. The location was ideal for easy walking access to major sites, and public transport was close. We couldn't open our windows for fresh air because there were always smokers sitting right under them.

Breakfast was really lovely. It was especially nice to have organic food! We also enjoyed the wine hour. The room was a bit tight and it would have been very helpful to have some wall pegs to hang clothing.

Beautiful Danish design, fantastic location, amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. It was too hard to leave.

I booked a Standard Double/Twin Room but was initially assigned an extremely small room where it was impossible to open two suitcases at the same time. After I raised the issue, the hotel kindly upgraded me to a larger room at no additional cost.

Breakfast, location and size of the room I didn’t get a king or queen bed with my toddler which was quite uncomfortable sleeping on 2 double beds. Also the wash basin of the toilet was leaking, but couldn’t be fixed. And only a basic cleaning was always done, which could have been better given the fact we had a child on board and the staff was very much aware.

Staff very friendly and helpful Everything was fine

Excellent location in the central part of town but on a side street so very quiet. Breakfast is outstanding as was the price-fixe dinner we had at the onsite restaurant, Vaekst, It needs a less fancy food alternative. There’s a burger place next door but you often want a simple snack.

Lack of cateering , its almost impossible to prepay for a food in Warsaw

Staff was friendly and very helpful, location was ideal, breakfast was excellent, low key but lively atmosphere

Rooms are so small
-
The air-conditioning was not holding up the room was not getting cold in the hot days we stayed.
-
Everything - the room was very spacious. We were able to put our luggage’s freely as three people. The location is very central. And their free treats such as happy hour is a great add-on. The breakfast selection is great, but but the breakfast room is one floor down where you have to take stairs, so be mindful if you have access accessibility issues

Room was spacious; wonderful to have air conditioning during the heat wave; breakfast was excellent; family enjoyed the wine hour and gathering spaces; staff was very helpful Got stuck in the elevator which was unpleasant. Also, despite booking a double room, it was only for one person so directions should be clearer when booking
