The location Due to the fact that the hotel was 4* one, we expected to have our room tidied up every day, but the only thing they did was just to bring us every time we asked ( 2 times during a six days stay) clean towels.

We could see receptionists at the desk but we followed the email instructions to check in ourselves. A bit of a soulless process and would have preferred speaking with someone.

Great location and friendly staff Room was dirty, curtain heavily heavily stained and curtain rail broken. Shower head was completely covered in limescale and I had to unclog every hole myself. Water pressure was the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Lights had missing/blown lightbulbs and were flickering constantly. Booked in 2 days of room cleaning and they missed both and only cleaned after I went down to the front desk twice to complain. Uncomfortable pillows.

Good location, great breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Was able to rent a bike for the day. Room was spacious enough and bathroom was great. Short walk to cafes and main train station. Shopping mall close by as well. Great for family stays. Stairs to second bed in family room were steep but manageable for a child.
