Visually, olfactorily, and tactilely, the hotel impresses with its natural materials, abundance of plants, and Nordic style. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t very impressive. It was too cramped for us. The tables are too close together; there’s no room. The aisle leading to the buffet and the coffee station is also very narrow. My wife had to tell the man preparing the egg dishes exactly what to do every step of the way because he seemed overwhelmed. On top of that, the wait was too long. For a while, there were no clean spoons available (neither coffee spoons nor tablespoons). You couldn’t order anything “à la carte”—or at least, it wasn’t clear that you could. All in all, our breakfast experience wasn’t what we would have expected from a hotel of this caliber.

Great location, very nice setting. Clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Spent time at bar restaurant, staff helpful and atmosphere great. met my expections. Would not expect anything different.

The room and the shared spaces in the hotel were beautiful. Breakfast was good. The location was amazing and we could get to all sights by foot. - We booked a junior suite and were given a room on the first floor. This room had floor to ceiling windows to the busy street outside so we had to keep the curtains closed at all times for privacy. - The room was poorly cleaned, as I found multiple long black hairs in various places in the room (neither of us has long black hair). - Staff in the lobby bar was unattentive. - On the day before our check-out, I asked if it was possible to get a late checkout and a staff member at reception confirmed that we could checkout by 1 PM. The next day, the new staff members at reception were unaware and when we wanted to check out by 1 PM, as agreed, we were informed that we had already been automatically checked out because it was past checkout time. It‘s no big deal, but for the high room price, I would expect better and more attentive service.

I think breakfast should be included.

Location, cleanliness, staff, rooms themselves, facilities, restaurant, everything was perfect. A wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. Would definitely recommend if you’ve got kids. It made our short Copenhagen stay very easy and highly enjoyable. Nothing.

The property is bright and welcoming. The staff is amazing. The hotel is new and is technologically advanced. The best part is the staff is so good at hosting their visitors. From the concierge and parking greetings to the receptionists and restaurant staff -- every team member is courteous, professional, and caring We loved everything - including the filtered water in our rooms

The most luxurious hotel we stayed at in our entire trip. Staff was young and very friendly and helpful. Kudos to the staff. We loved the greenery in the hotel lobby, bar, restaurant, and rooms. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was only so-so for dinner. The bar area was great. Location was great. We will highly recommend this hotel. Restaurant for dinner could have been better. But there were plenty of nearby places to eat. Breakfast however was excellent.
