AC in the room On the day of checking out, Checking out time was 12, but somehow around 10:15-10:45 the cleaning services knocked door 3 times when I was preparing my upcoming meetings in the next 4h.. I thought I messed up with my checkout time or something. But the lobby staff was kind enough to walk me back to explain it.

What I liked most was how well the staff was prepared to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. All of them were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially those who worked at the Front Desk, like Gabrielle and Assia, as well as the cleaning staff and those at the Central Bar. The only thing that i can complain it is because the RoofTop wasn't with service, soo we need to take from the Front Desk and bring to the roof top to enjoi the view.The only complaint I have is that the rooftop wasn't serviced, so we had to take our orders from the front desk and bring them up to enjoy the view.

Breakfast was exceptional. Lobby is a nice place to stay and meet friends. Nothing, all was good.

The room was nice and clean. I trusted the staff to leave my luggage safely at their luggage room, as I was exploring Paris. To come back to an opened bag and a suitcase I couldn’t get into anymore (I had to find a key smith myself to repair it) and find items broken within my suitcase. No idea what happened to my stuff, but when I called for explanation and if they could help me, I was left with the answer to go figure it out myself and that they had no cameras so they couldn’t help me out. I felt helpless at this point and it was a real disappointment.
