Hotel was so nice. Very clean and especially convenient to UC. Be prepared that there could be lots of college kids nearby and a little chaotic on weekends.

Great overall! Lobby smells amazing!! Should have in rooms too!! Great location for student's visiting parents! Great value!

Parking options are very limited. Outside public parking or valet were the options. One night, valet was even limited.

Very impressed with the hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor not facing the Main Street. It was very quiet. The bed was amazing. Ac worked perfectly but slightly noisy but not in an annoying way. The bathroom amenities were top notch. Molton Brown everything. Impressive. The shower was outstanding except that the water leaked on to the floor a lot. But nothing a towel couldn’t fix. Overall, their breakfast at the Iris cafe wasn’t great but the hotel and its amenities were top notch. All staff were super friendly. If we ever come back for the Cincy open again - we would choose this hotel again.

Perfect place to stay when visiting my son at University of Cincinnati! Walking distance to many things, quick drive to downtown. Restaurants at the hotel are enjoyable!

Parking was a pain and there really isn’t much for a vacationer to do in the area without a car. I’ll chose a different location (and hotel chain) for the next time.

Beautiful building, extremely nice people from the valet to room service people, what's not to love? Had a gorgeous rooftop bar with some great music and hospitable bar staff. I will definitely be back!! Just the parkung...but that was minor.

I’ve stayed here several times and have enjoyed each stay. Always clean and well maintained. Delicious breakfast and meals. Great location at UC and for visiting Cincinnati and Kentucky.
