I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding an experience I had while checking into your hotel on August 21, 2026. Upon arrival, I had balloons with me because I was planning a small birthday celebration for my young child. I was accompanied by five children. During check-in, the manager informed me that if any additional children arrived, I would be asked to leave the hotel because the property has a “no party” policy. I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed by the way this situation was handled. Prior to making my reservation, I reviewed the hotel information available to me and did not see anything clearly stating that birthday celebrations or parties were prohibited. I have also stayed at this property previously and held a small celebration for another one of my children without experiencing this issue. What was especially upsetting was being told that my family could be required to leave before any disturbance, excessive noise, property damage, or other inappropriate behavior had occurred. We had just arrived, and the balloons appeared to be the reason assumptions were made about our intentions. This interaction was also embarrassing for my child, who became concerned that they would not be able to have the birthday celebration I had promised. What should have been an exciting experience for my child and our family instead began with us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I completely understand that hotels must maintain appropriate occupancy levels, control noise, protect their property, and ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. However, if this property has a specific policy prohibiting birthday parties, gatherings, or additional visitors, I believe that policy should be clearly communicated to guests before they make and pay for a reservation. I am requesting that someone from management or corporate customer relations contact this hotel and review what occurred.

Close to downtown They tried to cancel my reservation because booking took my money and didn’t let them know so I had to pay my reservation again to keep and now I was double charged.

Although the front desk staff were lovely at this hotel, I couldn’t get over the fact that the hotel room floors were absolutely filthy. They are covered in vinyl flooring which was sticky it was so dirty. The soles of our feet were completely black.

This review doesn't reflect the staff. They were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was decent. The pool was good. This review is based on the hotel itself. The hallway & lobby were so hot & stuffy that the floors were wet from the humidity. We tried to hangout in the lobby in the evening to play some cards & watch the bananas game but it was so unbearable. I don't know if they were having hvac issues but our thermostat in the room kept shutting off then turning back on & resetting to 78 on a 95 degree day! We woke up hot & the floors wet from the humidity. Which also made the room smell musty. Not to mention the vent was so loud & hummed all night long like it was going to bust through the door! I barely slept for both nights!

Thought this would be a good place to stay since it was a fairly new hotel. Arrive and check in. Was told sorry pool is closed today. Get to our room to find gross stains on the sides of both beds box springs. The bathroom had a very distinctive smell that I will not describe in this review. The toilet didn't want to flush. While taking a shower it sounded like someone was coming thru the drain. People living at the hotel. I get times are tough. Had I have known this in advance, we would have definitely stayed some where else. Had planned to stay two nights but checked out after the first. Front desk employees were very friendly. Unfortunately that doesn't make up for the rest.

We were pleasantly surprised at how large our room was, we had two queens and a nice sitting area. The refrigerator microwave and Keurig coffee machine was awesome. The room was incredibly clean and the air-conditioning in the room worked very well. The breakfast that was served was awesome! The service was also awesome! All of the workers and staff were very friendly and helpful. The only con to the hotel would be that the hallways elevators lobby and breakfast area were not air-conditioned.

It's well priced. The rooms are large. The beds are really really comfortable. You get free parking Here are the bad points The breakfast is terrible. The gym is so useless, theyay as well remove it. The pool was out of order. The lifts were a little dirty. You are about 60 minutes walk from downtown. Would I stay again? Yes, probably, but I would also look at other options

I enjoyed the price, room was nice, and breakfast! 11 mins away from Bengals stadium. Google maps lead us in a way that made us unsure about the location/surroundings. Came in from like a dead end with apartments which confused us! But we felt secure and safe. Location requires a car no stores on walking distance! but a 3 minute drive

Location and breakfast No pool access. No reservation available for 2 rooms that were already pre booked and paid for weeks in advance. Housekeeping was extremely rude. I also felt harassed when leaving about the number of guests I had and I explained that every single person was accounted for according to the room policy. Power went out. The morning of check out there was no hot water and we were never informed, I called about and never received a callback stating that it was up an running. Upon check out I was asked if I was able to shower cause the hot water was back on, and I replied no and asked why didn’t anyone call me back and let me know since you know that I asked about it.
