Because of the confusing train station of Bologna, my friends and I passed the train ??and that it's the last one. It was very later that time, and we need to find a place to stay, we found this hotel on booking. We got the place by train at about 12pm (a small country station near by) the worker was so great, gentle and kind.? He helped a lot , then finally we could have a good night. The facility is old but all is functional. If u dont like those "grey" "modern" hotel, try here. And in the front of the hotel, there is a bus station. You can get to the downtown from there. The air-conditioning is a little bit not work well that much.

Excellent hospitality and the cleanliness of the room. Convenient to reach Piazza Maggiore as the bus stop is 100m away from the hotel. The room was equipped with a small refrigerator, at night it makes a sound of running water (but it's not a big deal you can take it off the electricity)

The room was clean and acceptable The room was clean and acceptable, but seems the service at this hotel left much to be desired. The receptionist could not speak English, which made communication difficult. When I asked to add breakfast to my stay, I was told that breakfast was not available. I also requested a glass of hot water for tea, but the receptionist was unable to provide it. Upon arrival, I found that the room assigned to me was left open, which is a serious security concern. During winter, the heating system was initially off, and I had to ask the receptionist to turn it on. For a 3-star hotel, the service needs significant improvement to meet basic expectations. Considering the service, location, and the fact that this is a 3-star hotel, the price is far too expensive.

Clean room, bathroom. The hotel is easily accessible from the central station by bus, so don't be afraid of the off-centre location. The hotel representative promptly answered additional questions by email.
