the bathroom was strage and smal, mostly the shower that was conected with the sink, mirror and biddet. At night there where strage noises and we where scared that someone will brake into our room The room did NOT meet my espectations and the price of it.

I loved the way the staff treated me and how careful, attentive and welcoming they were. It made everything much easier and smooth. The hotel is an old school place. Rugged floors small toilets, and a bit hot during the night. The mattress was a bit old and soft, but worked. However, it was all I needed as a solo traveler. I only slept there, otherwise I was outside walking. The location is a bit far from Bologna itself. Being ~150m away from the end of Bologna. It wasn't a problem for me, as I love walking. There is a bus stop after some 7-10 minute walk, and you get to the center in 10 mins.

The staff was great. Also, the room was really clean and exactly like the photos It was far from city center. Not an ideal place to stay if you are traveling alone. If you rent a car it's great.

The property owner was a nightmare. Kept our passports and refused to give WiFi’s password. The rooms were in a far off location and it was just difficult for him to explain. Neither did he go with us.

Nice hotel to stay in case of non trips around Italy. It's close to the highway. You can access the room with the code to be provided before your stay. Parking is available on site. Nice restaurants are located around the property this hotel is worth its money.
