Breakfast - many choices and lots of seats available. surrondings - Around hotel, there is only 1 x tank station (There are foods and beers). If you walk 5 mins further. there are some more restaurants and mini market. For those who takes public transportation - Right in front of hotel, there is bus stop with frequency every 20-30 mins (depends on weekday or weekend). If you walk 5 mins up to the next station (Dozza), freqnency will be every 15-20 mins. From / to the airport, there is no direct bus and one should go via the central station. From the airport, please take bus Q to the final stop where you have to take another bus (nr. 81 or 91) to the central station. The bus driver guided us how to get the bus 81 / 91 - was helpful for us. 1 x ticket is 2,30 EUR with validity 75 mins from the validation. There is also 10 x ticket (19 EUR) or 1 day ticket (9 EUR) which seem to be available only at Tabacco shop. Note - 10 x tickets are only for one person.

The hotel was fine and I quite liked the funky design around the hotel. Bart staff, ripped me off on 1 round of drinks, 4 euro less for the same drinks later that night, it also took 20 minutes to get service when I first arrived at hotel as needed a drink. Bar staff service was dreadful when trying to order food, just gave me qr code and wasn't a great choice so ended up not eating, almost rang out for food locally. Very poor service and wasn't impressed with bar staff in general they are normally really good but not this hotel.

Funky design of hotel Bar staff service was dreadful and slow. On arrival ordered a rum and coke £10 euro but when I ordered again later that night it was £6 euro, 4 euro difference and I waited 20 minutes to get served the first drink on arrival. Later that night I wanted food, staff didn't come to table if I wanted drinks or food. After 20 minutes I asked for menu and got a QR code, I so hate QR code menu. Food was very limited choice so didn't order no staff came and asked if I wanted to order. I almost rang a local pizza house to deliver food but I ended up not eating as it was getting very late

Nice big room, bed and tv . Handy for public transport into the city. Also, there is plenty of choice at breakfast . Most of the staff were very helpful . Especially the staff at dinner , who were very good at their job. One of the female breakfast staff members who was working on Monday 20 of july wasn't very helpful. I caught her rolling her eyes at me and also giving me the side eye . My wife and I also heard her sighing. Which we didn't find very professional.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit viel Angebot sowohl lokal als international und auch saisonalen Früchte und Wassermelone war auch hervorragend. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Das Personal war super freundlich und bemüht, haben sogar auf die schnelle noch ein Zusatzbett eingerichtet auf unseren Wunsch innerhalb kürzester Zeit.
