Good location, good food, nice room. We didn't receive enough information about the hotel's facilities such as swimming pool, WIFI... during check in.

Close to Eau Claire square and the river valley. Very clean & safe urban spot! Cllse to Calgary Zoo. Very nice beds (not the sofa bed though). Exceptional food & service at the restaurant. Nice pool. All the staff were amazing. Sofa bed was very lumpy and seemed worn out. The showers at the pool smell like they need more disinfection.

The bed was fantastic....love the staff, the concierge was very friendly and our dogs didn't bother them, or the desk staff (our one little guy wrangled out of his collar and made his way behind the front desk - nobody seemed bothered by it - I was mortified!). The location is always the main reason why I like to stay here and everything else the hotel has to offer is a fantastic bonus. It's always a bit more pricey than I'd like but I still pay it soooo...

Location is great Staff great Pool was amazing for my little guy Gym was good could be better My mini bar had things missing when I checked in made me worried I’d be charged but staff was great about it
