Fantastic pool and sauna - by far the best in Calgary. Very very slow checking in and out times, 30 minutes queues every time.

No breakfast included. No breakfast apparent on location. Starbucks on premises. Bathroom was extrememy small. Could not sit on toilet straight on!

Pool and gym were great. Room service was really fast service. Hotel Bar was a bit small and in the open near reception.

Downtown was great and the pool was fabulous There didn’t seem to be enough front desk staff so there was always a line to wait in if you needed anything
