A bit dated. Probably needs a style update.

The hotel itself is extremely dated and run down, just as prior reviews have indicated. It's not a warm, welcoming environment and needs some serious updates. The carpet in the halls are stained and the walls need a fresh coat of paint. The bar was not inviting at all and I rarely saw anyone in there. Never saw anyone using the gym. I would not stay there again unless the place is renovated.

Perfectly lovely hotel in a great location, our room/balcony had a great view over the beach. The staff were friendly, and understanding with our lack of the Spanish language! Breakfast was great every morning, nice choice even fresh omlettes. Easy bus links around the corner to get into Palma if wanted, and a 2 minute walk to the beach (Platja de Cala Major - sunbeds are chargeable). There was a great beach bar off to the left (Kokomo), and some good restaurants, deli and supermarket within 10-15min walk. Some of the hotel is a little dated, but the room was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Nothing.

Beach view, friendly staff. Helpful with recommendations for dinner. Liked staying out of city, right on bus route and 3min walk to local car rental. Only improvement would be the addition of a fridge and ability to turn off balcony light

Loved the location. And loved the beach. Loved the view from the room. Breakfast was not what we expected. Staff was just not helpful with our specific needs. They were 100% pleasant and kind, but they couldn't help with things we needed. They struggled with our check in. Couldn't give information about the local area. When we asked if they had shower conditioner, they didn't know and they couldn't find it. We asked for ice, they just said no, we don't provide ice. There was no entertainment. The nighttime activities were non existent. Very disappointed and ended up being pretty bored at night.

Parking was an issue other than that all good

The location was TOP , 1 min walk from Cala Mojor beach and 2 min walk from the bus station that takes you directly to the center. Also they changed the bed sheets every day. We also loved that the hotel is "adults only" which was not mentioned anywhere in booking hence there are no children in the hotel which is awesome! ? The facilities were old, there were a lot of damages in the room - on the wardrobe, at the flooring, in the bathroom. Very poorly furnished room for a 4 star hotel at such a price. The pillows were terrible - not standard normal pillows, but prolonged and very uncomfortable. The phone in the room was broken. Also the safe box didn't work before a technician came to fix it. We asked two evening in a row for extra blankets and nobody came to give us before we made a problem at the reception. The young lady at the reception was very nice and helpful, but the older one was rude and the first night when we arrived to check in we were waiting at the reception,she was chatting with a guy at the front door and didn't come to welcome us and check us in for like 10 min.... Much more to be desired for the price!

locarion and view on the sea was great, only 2 min walk to the beach. lots of shops and reataurants nearby The hotel has seen its best days, the elevators and corridors are so old and shabby. The rooms have been renovated. Value for money for me here is not given!

Location is amazing and pool is good. This is definitely not a four-star hotel. The building is old, worn out.... There is no digital air conditioning, only some kind of old heater or whatever it is. The TV isn’t a smart one, so I could only watch channels in Spanish, which I don’t understand. Interestingly, for the first three nights we didn’t even have covers on the duvets – just stained blankets that were never changed. The minibar was empty, and there were even opened sweets left from previous guests. There was no kettle, coffee, or tea either. For three days, we didn’t get new glasses. The safe in the room didn’t work either. There are no power outlets on both sides of the bed. The only positive things are the location and the friendly lady at the reception. Overall, it’s not worth the money I paid.

Rooms are big size and refurbished. Beds amazing, comfy and 2 big pillows making a very pleasant sleep. Breakfast ok, same all week but ok. Cleaning lady did a very good job every day, thank you so much! Cons: language barrier, hotel staff speaks little english. Elevator is horror, old, glass cracked, making awful sounds, missing pieces, a really dungeon. Carpet is stained all over hotel. AC not working in the lobby making very unpleasent when entering hotel.

Excellent location with a beautiful beach right in front, delicious and varied breakfast, and very friendly staff who handled all requests with care. The hotel needs renovation, I found a cockroach in the room one day, and although the cleaning staff were kind and helpful, their cleaning seemed rushed and not very thorough.

Great rooms with great views and close to everything. Beach is very crowded. Early morning is wonderful though.

We enjoyed our time there the location was perfect and the room was on the 6th floor which have an amazing view Breakfast was great have a variety to choose from What I was disappointed about was the air conditioning which was very low and uncomfortable specially for a city which is having over 32 degrees every day We have to leave it the air conditioning all day to feel pleasant The property have all facilities but for me that was the lowest point
