Location Tiny room on top floor to got no windows to open . No break fast ready at time started was only bringing out 2 fried eggs at a a time as the poor lady could hardly walk and was left to feed us all and everyone staying there on her own.

The property was in the ideal location with its own car park which is a must for us. It was clean and we were made to feel very welcome. The room was lovely and despite being next to a road was very quiet during the night. Plenty to choose from for breakfast. The room overlooked a very well maintained garden which was full of colour plants to start your day off. There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property

Friendly staff on arrival, On site Parking, Nice little bar. Definitely not worth the money payed. The room was very outdated, Shower not working properly, Shower curtain broken, Toilet was in a tight spice. Not able to use very easily. The bed was uncomfortable, Was very noisy during the night. I had to leave early this morning with no sleep. And no receptionist to check out with. I was recommended stopping here as I was attending a birthday party. I'm sorry to say I will not be stopping again.

The location was perfect for what I needed. All members of staff were friendly and helpful, especially the man who despite being off duty helped me find a parking spot. Although the room was small it was clean and had plenty of teas and coffee . Maybe a new carpet would be nice. There was a function on so these comments would probably only relate to times that these happened, but parking was difficult, and there was loud music on until after midnight.

It’s located in Low Town close to shops bars and restaurants. Parking is easy and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our piping hot full English brekky too. The shower was hot and the bed was comfy. I’d made a mistake with our group booking but as soon as we arrived Martin took control and made sure that our stay was as we wanted it to be and we can’t thank you enough! Will definitely return and would recommend a stay here to anyone who is visiting Bridgnorth and is looking for a friendly hotel in a central location with a well stocked bar, good food and parking.

We've stayed here a few times and found it a perfect location for visiting Bridgnorth. The hotel is lovely, and breakfast has improved quite a bit. Our room was perfect we will stay again. Nothing

The Jacobean fireplace, apparently the tallest in Britain and the original oak panelled bar. The garden was really lovely. The breakfast had top quality bacon and sausage. The staff were all friendly when approached. The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bar was cheap. The location was central and perfect in lower Bridgenorth with a short walk over the bridge to the funicular railway to upper Bridgnorth. Ample and FREE parking. The rooms and furniture were dated, worn and in need of a makeover, as was the reception and most of the hotel in general. The breakfast, as delicious as it was, only offered a cooked breakfast and a few boxes of cereal. Plenty of positives. These are the only down points.

Great location, hotel right in the middle of Bridgnorth. Room well equipped, lovely outdoor space at the back of the hotel to relax in the evening. Hotel a little bit tired in places
