Bed was comfortable and good location. Shower curtain in bathroom was mouldy. Room was dark with no light above the mirror and breakfast cup was dirty, had to ask for another one

Location was great with a carpark at rear. The hotel is well decorated and stylish giving a clean fresh look . Evening traffic noise abd noise of revellers leaving pubs (nothing hotel can really do) but we did encounter slow service for breakfast when maybe only three tables occupied. We had to ask twice and it took 45 minutes.

The hotel is ideally situated in Low Town Bridgnorth. Private free parking is a bonus in the busy town. The choice of food for evening meal and breakfast is excellent. Before booking and once again on arrival, my husband explained that I had mobility issues and requested a room on the first floor. We were allocated a room on the second floor. The second set of stairs was winding at the bottom and extremely steep. It caused me great distress and shortness of breath to climb them.

Near to the town and has a restaurant on site. Good bar selection and nice atmosphete. Room needs improving as not good value for money. One small wardrobe with 3 hangers and no drawers. No towel hooks or rails or coat hooks. Mattress and pillows too hard. Shower leaking as plumbed in upside down and sink in the bedroom. No heating in bathroom.
