The location and private parking, and room was clean The room was very hot and there was no air conditioner to cool the room, so we resorted to opening the window, but then the noise coming from the road made it impossible to sleep. The only elevator was very small and the breakfast very weak. Overall one of the more expensive stays we had in Italy and not worth the price.

The double bed consists of two single beds. For unknown reasons, we were assigned a room for people with disabilities, which made using the bathroom difficult: the mirror can't be adjusted to allow you to see yourself and have water flow from the faucet; you physically have to choose one of the two. The room is very dark (barely any sunlight gets in, despite the large glass door leading to the courtyard). And yet, they keep asking everyone in the chat to rate it a 9 or higher.

- Cosy and comfortable room, although the double bed was not a real one, there were 2 twin beds put together... - Close to restaurants and caffeterias - I booked well in advance a parking space and that was the main reason for having chosen this hotel. But when we got there we were told we could only park the first 2 nights and for the 3rd. night we would be obliged to move the car to another place. When we left it was raining and it was really not comfortable to bring the suitcases along the streets to the parking garage. That was really upsetting. -Too expensive

Outskirts of town but directly next to a bus stop. Super clean, great experience.

We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection. The location was close to the main piazza. The room was good, clean and had everything you would expect.

The booking says that they have ac cooling included in the room, however it doesn't work and the hotel staff confirms that it won't work. So in late March you are spending the night in a 28 degree hot room, in summer it must be even worse. For the price it's not worth it.
