Hotel Sant'Orsola Collection by GSA Hotels

The only good thing about this hotel is the cleaning man / maintance guy who works there. He is the biggest asset of the hotel; he is kind and quick to solve any issue, because you will probably face some Location is far from the center, but you have bus stations 5/7 mns away by walking No vending machines at the hotel and no fridge at the hotel There are not a lot of convenience stores nearby, so you're probably gonna be thirsty at 11 pm with nothing to do about it You get there, and the check-in is with a person on a screen attending at a different hotel, weird af. You gotta call them on whatsapp so they give you support, they are not the fastest to help or solve doubts, my room had the AC broke and the lady in the front desk response was "oh yeah, it is not working today" like that was any type of solution, I had to tell her that i needed a solution and she say there ir nothing she can do that i need to speak to the kind guy of maintence when there is nothing he can do abouit it. I told her that i pay to her and that she needs to give me a solution, that she has to move me to a different room, she sighs and roll her eyes (because she forgot one can seen her on the screen) and says "ok go to room number X". That was the solution since the beggening but she tried to play like "oh its broken" to see if I would let it slide and stay in a hot room in the middle of Agosto, dumb af

Clean, large bathroom. Cleaner was kind and helpful. No communal area either inside or outside. Sparse furniture in room ...no comfy chair or table, no drawer. No information, eg, how to operate coffee machine, the fact that a shared fridge was available, that the room had air conditioning. Reception staff only available by telephone and not all could speak English. So 4 nights of 6 were uncomfortable.

Location was ok. The room was big enough for 4 people. Toiletries and coffee available. With this Reception it is a little bit complicated to check in and check out. It is just a screen where you see the receptionist and a phone to talk to them. Later when we came back the code from the front door was not working. We rang the bell and no one answered, until I wrote them on WhatsApp. In the morning I wanted to ask to leave a little bit longer the car in the parking and where I should leave the room keys, I talked to them on that phone at the reception and they didn’t answer and I texted them and never heard from them back. You feel like “abandoned” there. But was enough for a 1 night stay.

Super nice and communicative lady on the check in.. Clean room and bathroom. Coffee machine in the room with the capsule of coffee for morning wake up is priceless… Top Choice

It’s on nice location, the neighborhood was really peaceful. The room was always clean. You have bus right in front of the hotel so you can easily go to the city without walking.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and had working a/c-s in them.

Everything was great. From the stuff to the place itself. I’d recommend for someone looking for a simple stay nothing

Nonostante fossi largamente in anticipo per il check-in, con così poco preavviso, lo staff è stato molto gentile nell'accogliermi e nel preparare subito la stanza. I quali ringrazio di cuore! Ho apprezzato molto il poter scegliere la tipologia di stanza, con il letto matrimoniale, tra 2 disponibili. Come sempre, eccezionali nella pulizia, comodità e disponibilità dello staff, ad un prezzo più che economico! Questo hotel è ormai una scelta fissa! Assolutamente nessuna pecca.

Good location Most of the time, customer service is limited to a monitor at the entrance. I was fortunate to find a staff member when I arrived. In addition, I have repeatedly requested an invoice and have received no response. Individual bed was very small.

Good Location, easy to walk to City Center. I was not informed that i have to pay +36euro more because of some taxes, booking showed me initialy that i have to VAT extra +10% and i pay it, but when i arrived to hotel staff said that i need to pay 36euro extra, which was really bad. In the room there are some little bugs and AC is not working while you leave, you can use it only when you are in the room.

Nice room No fridge in room. No staff, had to speak to a computer screen.
