Villa Gotti Charming Rooms

Unique. Lots of history surrounding the building. Carrying suit cases up 2 stories of outdoor stairs.

This was a gorgeous property and its proximity to a bus route (and its walkability) made it super simple to access lots of great places.

The room was large and very comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful and had everything we needed. The property is on the hill in a beautiful scenic setting, away from the bustle of the city, with amazing walks and views all nearby. The host was gracious and very helpful. It was a little hard to find, but our host came down to help us find the driveway and helped park our car. I wouldn’t want to try to find it after dark.

The property is amazing! Our room (Villa Gotti) was really spacious, comfortable and quiet, and the bathroom is spectacular. Jose was friendly and helpful, so was the lady making our coffees in the morning. I recommend it.

Great customer service and attentiveness. Communication was excellent, and we were very well taken care of. The room was very comfy, and the daily breakfast was simple but plenty. The hotel is just outside the city walls but still close enough to walk to great restaurants, so you're guaranteed a good night's rest from any busy areas. Everything was perfection

We had a lovely huge room, in a beautiful building. It was extremely quiet and peaceful and perfect place to stay in Bologna. V easy checkin in experience and great breakfast. Nothing!

Breakfast location cute, beds comfortable and clean. We felt like a burden while having breakfast when we were asking for some fruit because he already started to clean the breakfast before closing time. For being as “said” 5 star hotel I find it very weird that the hotel room slippers were not included, instead we were charged 5 eur per pair of slippers. While I have never paid for slippers anywhere in the world.

The room was very big, located in a quiet area. Easy check-in. Breakfast could be more diverse and include vegetables for example.

Such a stunning property with a fascinating history. So stylish and in keeping with the period. Really nice breakfast Jose is a great host, very friendly and helpful The bus service into the city centre was excellent A minor point, some door hooks to hang up coats would have been useful

Beautiful building in a very nice part of the city. Lovely sized room and very nice breakfast. The host was very helpful and accommodating It was a little out of the way from the centre though that is fully clear at the time of booking

Tastefully and lovingly restored period property, a unique stay. Clean and comfortable room, lovely breakfast and it was a nice location, not too far from the the city centre. Our host booked us a taxi when we left, and helped us with our bags. I liked all the vintage furniture and decorative touches. I would definitely stay again, it was a lovely calm ambience. Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed.

The breakfast was great since it was the perfect amount of food with a very nice variety including fresh fruit. I liked that fact that when we let ourselves into the villa, it was a welcoming cool (since it was an extremely hot day) and there was soft music playing, almost like someone was welcoming us into their home. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was spacious as well. As well, the villa has a spectacular round window in the main room in the front of the house which overlooks the surroundings of forest and other beautiful villas which dot the background. I also like the fact that there is a city bus stop right outside on the main street that takes you directly into the centre of Bologna otherwise it is a short 20-30 minute walk. We were a little concerned about the parking spot for our vehicle but when we got there, a parking spot was available for us. The owner was helpful in assisting us with getting our vehicle out.
