This property offers a charming and comfortable stay in a beautiful historic house. The location is very convenient, with the city center reachable in about 20 minutes on foot, and the surrounding area full of greenery, making it pleasant. The room itself has a lot of character, featuring high ceilings, elegant chandeliers, paintings, and classic furniture that create a unique atmosphere. At the same time, the modern, well-equipped bathroom provides a nice contrast between old-world style and contemporary comfort.

The property is very well located, as soon as you leave the villa's street there is the bus stop that connects the property to the city center. Even though there are no restaurants and shops around, this is not an impediment because the bus runs very well both during the day and at night. The property has a large and very beautiful yard, it is located in a very quiet residential area. We rented two large, spacious rooms with private bathrooms and at the time of rental we were the only guests, making it even quieter. is a lot of greenery around. It is a beautiful, classic villa The cleaning lady is also very nice and kind. P.S. 13th of October 2025 As I promise I will update you on the matter of sunglasses: So the sunglasses are finally here. Mr Andrea, the owner was very, very nice and send it to us. Even that was our fault and forgot them he took the charge of sending them to my house. Not only that but he also packed them very carefully and nice, he even add it a nice Arrnette sunglasses bag :) A very big thank you to Andrea! The only thing that was less pleasant was that my eldest son forgot a pair of sunglasses in his room, which the owner confirmed to us that the cleaning lady found and which we asked him to be kind enough to return to us with the costs borne by us, of course. The owner confirmed that he will send us the glasses when he returns from vacation, after September 10th. I haven't received them yet but I sincerely hope that he will send them. I will keep you updated!

Very nice and cozy apartment in a beautiful part if town. We had a car and could even park inside but it's also close to a bus stop. The host was very helpful and sent us detailed instructions for self check-in because we were late. Highly recommend.

A bit further from the center. Wi-Fi was unstable. A separate room in a villa, quiet and cosy. Good price.

The landscape of the house was amazing full of green. We could park our car in the house's parking. The host was very responsive and helpful The mattresses were not convenient. Windows do not have nets, so we could not open them because of the mosquitos. Breakfast insufficient.

Everything was very much as described, no surprises. Nice, quiet area, we could park for free on the (narrow) street. Beautiful old house with well furnished rooms, clean, comfy. Nice bathroom and shower. Very much walkable from the city center, passing a great breakfast spot on the way (Le Serre dei Gardini). Perfect for a citytrip of a couple of days. Good value for money. We already knew that the "breakfast" included was basically some pre-packed cakes and some pear juice, I still don't think they should advertise it as "breakfast included". The "fridge" was very small and a bit noisy at night. We had some stuff to keep cold, a "normal" small fridge would've been better. There's a possibility to reserve a parking spot on the property but that was not very clear in the listing - luckily we could park in the street. There's no clear reception area, a bit confusing when we arrived and wanted to check out.

Wonderful place, beautiful neighborhood, friendly house keeper.

Nice and well-equipped room (kettle, mini fridge, coffee machine). The location is also good...15-20 minutes on foot to the main center. The lack of air conditioning makes it impossible to stay in the room. Sleeping in these conditions is torture. There is a fan in the room, but who can fall asleep with a humming fan... Breakfast is rusks and jam, so I recommend shopping

The italian style of the hotel and that it was close to a bus station. The "breakfast" is only a coffee machine and 2 Twinky style pastries in bags and some mermelade and nutella. Not what we expected.

Good location within walking distance of city center, and plenty of room to park car. No air conditioning = very hot during hot summer night.

No air con in 40deg temp. Room fan adequate. Due to city regulations these historic buildings are not allowed to install air con. Packaged bfast barely suitable and unappetising.
