Very convientent for our stay in Bolgna. The room decor was a bit dated (busy wallpaper) but was clean and comfortable. There was free parking but you had to squeeze in along the street. There was an excessive use of air freshener. I am not scent sensitive, but have friends that are and they would not have been able to stay at this place. There was not a full breakfast, but we bought what we needed from the osteria where we went for dinner.

The reception and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We want to thank them a lot for making the stay enjoyable! We also loved meeting the cats at the hotel :)

Really nice place. Clean, beautiful room and kind owners. I recommend this place.

It was beautiful and the host was lovely! There is a bus stop right around the corner which was very convenient! There was a smoking section which was greatly appreciated! Very beautiful and tranquil!! The water pressure was very low so it took quite awhile to rinse my hair. There was soap in the shower but it didn't indicate if it was body wash or shampoo and no washcloths. Just little things. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, truly!

Efficient and comfy A little too far from the city

Clean, resourceful and comfortable! Lovely high ceilings and windows. Bed was quite squeaky but we slept like logs anyway.

The area was calm and nice, we had coffee at the room and AC. Just an information if someone has a late flight:There is an extra check in to pay for 15€.

We didn’t like the mix of colours in the room and it was cold. The heatings were not working and the air conditioning kept making noise the whole night. I would not advise it to anybody.

The pictures They contacted me the evening prior to the arrival in regards to flooding in the area and that they would not be able to accommodate me. That's why I cancelled both of my busses to and from Bologna and made a booking for another night in Florence, where I was for the nights before. It's pretty problematic to get a good hotel this suddenly so I had to do it all as fast as possible. At 00:21 at night, they contacted me again that they would be able to accommodate me but I have already cancelled all my buses and other plans in Bologna and booked a different hotel. I tried to explain, that I couldn't arrive and that I want a refund but they refused and ignored me. Our alternate hotel owner tried to call them in Italian but they still refused and acted rude. I had to contact Booking.com, because they wouldn't refund anything. Thankfully, they helped.

No parking for miles around. There is no coffee at the site, just a kettle and one single stick of powdered coffee per person. No milk or anything else.

The bathroom was very clean. Unfortunately, the room smelled very bad. I've never stayed in a hotel room that had such a bad, musty smell, to the point where my pajamas still smelled like wet dog after leaving the hotel. Though the bed itself looked clean, the linens smelled of vinegar and the general strong musky smell made the room feel dirty. The smell possibly came from fuzzy mats at the side of the bed that looked quite old and gross. In terms of getting to the hotel room, it was slightly inconvenient with parking only several streets away (none on the street of the hotel) and lots of stairs with no elevator to get to the room.

Very friendly and helpful, with plenty of amenities (great coffee, water etc.), place is well kept Location is a bit far from town, could be a bit problematic as bus sometimes not coming at all.

Clean, comfortable bed It’s called a B&B, but there was no sign of any breakfast of any kind. They provided two tiny pods for a coffee, and when I asked for a couple more, they told me they would have to charge three euros each. The check out was early, 10 AM, and when I asked for more time, they wanted to charge me €15 for an extra hour. The location was isolated from any attractions.

The atmosphere in the room was so nice and aristocratic. The host had left coffee, water, some cookies. There were no blankets for cold and wet weather. If you go to the villa by car, it is better to find paid parking, because no space to park as is written. Also, the walls are so thin, and it was noisy.

Walkable to the city (20 minutes), off street parking A little far from the old city but still walkable
