The bed and location. Size of the room is too small. Bathroom floor and room walls were not clean. The toilet did not flush well. The minibar was too small. TV sound was horrendous.

Convenient to the train station. Rooms were relatively clean. Cost of breakfast seemed to vary between 10 or 15 euros depending on the day or contents. Odd that there wasn’t a set price.

Perfect location to walk into town and garage Masini was almost next door. Great breakfast and top-notch staff.

Nothing. I book ended an Airbnb wannabe hotel on the beginning end of my cruise on via Marconi. It was in a more tourist desirable area but you can't replace the hotel amenities. The Airbnb wasn't staffed and was basically an unsuited room in an apartment for nearly the same price I paid for this hotel that is maybe a 5 to 10 minute further walk.

Clean and adequate rooms. The staff were very helpful and kindly allowed us to store our luggage so we could sightsee. We really appreciated it!

First we got a room that wasnt cleaned properly (toilet wasn't even flushed ?). They moved us in another, smaller room, without giving the impression that they were too sorry and as if this happened all the time. Both rooms are face very busy street and it is quite noisy even with the windows closed. The furniture is worn out and damaged, and the bathtub is full of mold. There is no closet.

Right away I was scammed into paying additional taxes when my rate included everything. The staff would not budge and insisted I needed to pay if I wanted my room, and Booking.com is wrong. This rubbed me the wrong way and my stay was startled from the beginning. There are homeless and addicts around the streets of the hotel and it did not seem safe at night.

Noise cancelling in the room is excellent, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast, quality bed, great location next to railway station and minutes from city centre, very clean.

Noisy (road noise) and scruffy outside environment. Breakfast quality and variety could be improved. Clinical looking restaurant, it would benefit from a lounge area. 4 Stars... Questionable?

My second or third time in this hotel and it still is very good. The room was very comfortable and clean, and there was plenty of space for one person. Maybe the windows could be a bit better, because it was a little noisy as I was on the first floor facing the road.

The room was too small. The rooms in general are not isolated, and are the hotel is in a loud area, you can pretty much hear noise (either from the hotel itself or from the outside) all night long. Had 3 sleepless nights. Would not recommend the hotel to anyone.
