Great value Room size is small,compared to size of bathroom

The staff are top-notch, especially Silvia-Maria at the front desk, who was very helpful and even cheerfully put up with my attempts at Italian. Too many people switch automatically to English, but she was patient and then switched when I couldn’t think of the vocabulary. Also, the bartender(s), who kept me supplied with ice in response to my fetish about ice-cold water. :-) There were a couple of annoying maintenance issues - one a leak in the shower head, the other an annoying buzzing of a piece of equipment. It’s not something I should have experienced at all. But I give them credit - they reacted quickly when I pointed it out.

It was really hot in the room. The AC was not working according to the temperature it stated.

Nagyon jó a hotel elhelyezkedése. Sétatávolságra a városközpont, ahova egy szép út vezet. A vasútállomás pedig csak néhány méterre. A környék biztonságosnak tűnt. Boltok, éttermek a közelben. A recepción nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. A reggeli remek volt. Amikor mi voltunk május elején, működött a klíma. Mindennel elégedettek voltunk.

The staff here was wonderful! They helped us with amazing restaurant suggestions and calling taxis for our two night stay. We upgraded our rooms and had two lovely rooftop terraces. The rooms are modern and have all the amenities you need. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet. The train station is an easy walk from the hotel as well as the parking garage they recommend to use (although it is down a steep ramp if you have a lot of luggage you may want to take in & out before the entry down)

The room was spacious, clean, staff were nice, and they allowed us to store our luggage. The AC vent in the bedroom was blocked, so no cool air was coming out. The only vent open was in the common area. There is a wall between the two areas so the bedroom gets hot. The options the hotel gave us was to move to a lower floor which is cooler or use a fan.

An absolute disgrace! We completed the hotel's digital check-in and confirmed our late arrival for 3 booked rooms. Despite holding the keys, we walked into our room only to find strangers sleeping in it! Once we met this scenraio, no hotel representatuve was there to provide a solution. No staff, no answers on any phone line or Whatsapp all night. We were literally left with nowhere to sleep. Luckily we had 2 more rooms and my 70-year-old parents had to endure the humiliation and discomfort of squeezing into one bed with a third adult. ​To make matters worse, the hotel management showed zero empathy the next morning, brushing it off as 'human error' and refusing a refund for a room we legally checked into but couldn't use. This place is unsafe and completely unprofessional. Do not order!

During booking I explicitly mentioned that my girlfriend has a birthday and a little touch would be very appreciated. Got nothing, some little sign of attention would make things very different.

Very complete breakfast with many options for all. I love the NH Hotel, it is always clean, and the staff is very nice. Also, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The pillows weren't very comfy, but they're manageable. On my last visit, I also got a bathrobe, and this time, not...not sure why. Also, in my previous visits, a bigger bottle of water was offered free of charge as a welcome; this time, I didn't (I think a smaller one was there). But in general, great service! I will be back :)
