Location was very close to the train station (about five minutes walking) and a short walk to the Old Town (about fifteen minutes). It's attached to a Michelin star restaurant, which I did not get to try, and is staffed by wonderfully accommodating people. The elevator in the hotel may be the slowest I've ever ridden. It took almost a minute to go up three floors. The staff members explained that it's extremely old and we laughed about it. It's also a bit of a maze to find rooms if taking the stairs.

We were very impressed with the hotel! The staff were so kind and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable! The breakfast was amazing , so fresh and so delicious with plenty to choose from! We would highly recommend!
-
Location was perfect only 8 min walk from the train station and very close to the shops and center for restaurants. Room was large and had a foyer to put our suitcases. Veda were comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and it was 90 degrees at night. They did provide 2 fans, but for the price and this hotel the air conditioning should not be an issue. They co troll it from the front desk.

The location was in between walking distance to the train station & city centre where all the attractions were. Perfect location. Just the shower we found slippery

Breakfast choice Staff No space in bathroom to put things Need extra luggage rack

The hotel is perfect! Clean, beautiful, convenient and the food is delicious. Close to the train station. The staff is welcoming and accommodating.

Breakfast was the best! We were at the hotel for a week and never thought about having breakfast anywhere else. Our suite had a soaking tub which was nice after a full day of walking. It's in a great location. Easy to walk to just about everything including the train station. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and professional. I was a little pricey for the time that we were there, but it was worth it.

Hotel and room was beautiful! Exceptionally clean and updated. Nothing

Not really in the centre of town and the room was adequate only. Smallest shower i have ever experience. Not good value for money. Room was extremely small, as was the lift. Lift was extremely slow. Could not have been in that room if you were a couple.

Room in the middle of nowhere service , there is no coherent staffed
-
Friendly check in staff. Room was nice size, although not large. Convenient to the train station. Air conditioning doesn’t work properly. We asked twice during our stay about the room being too warm and were told each time that the air conditioning was working as designed. We were told that the temperature in all the rooms in the hotel would never get below 22 degrees C. Disappointing answer! Sleeping area separated from bathroom by five stairs.

Everything
-
Michelin star restaurants Low profile room and poor maintenance
-
To midnight into a nightmare as there is no music only very loud drums.
-
The TV wasnt so easy to use and the electricity went out a few times and the alarms. It was a bit warm in the room and a ceiling fan would have been a perfect fix.

Just didn’t expect such a 2-3 star experience. The staff is fine. But the rooms only fair especially the bathroom and tiny shower. And one slow tiny lift meant we used the stairs all the time. For us it was fine, but I can imagine others might not have an easy time of it.
-
Well located, close to the center and walkable. Nice terrace Terrible staff - very rude. They did not help with our 4 luggage. Room was terrible, very dark and loud, not sound proof. No proper amenities. Didn’t feel clean

beautiful well located hotel. place is modern and rooms ample

Front desk staff was EXCELLENT. They helped with dinner reservations and calling a taxi. Very friendly and knowlegdeable. The location is good--but right on a very busy street. This hotel reminded me of an American Marriott--very standard. No history or Italian culture. I prefer smaller boutique hotels. This place isn't bad--I just like a different "vibe" to my stays. It also caters to large tour groups which isn't bad...just a different type of hotel.

Breakfast was served in a beautiful ballroom with amazing ceiling frescos and breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. Dilyara helped me during the check in and she was super nice and helpful. Its a bit noisy and pillows are not very comfortable
