Affordable price, great location, spacious room, comfy bed.

They would make you pay to keep your bags after 12:00, I requested to leave my bags until 13:00 because that’s when I had my train and they wanted to charge me for my bags (just for an hour). I have never seen this policy before.

I didn’t like anything. They sent an automated email the day before asking me to confirm my reservation that was already confirmed. I didn’t respond since it had been booked and confirmed already and I was traveling. When I arrived after 15 hours of flying, I was told that my room was given to someone else and they were completely full. What?? When I said I had a confirmation they said they gave away the room because I didn’t answer the email. Btw, it was only about 5PM. When I asked what to do they said, “Go find somewhere else to stay.” I said that I didn’t know where to go and I didn’t have any Internet access on my phone so could they call another hotel for me. I asked if I was supposed to just walk the streets looking for a place when I didn’t even know where another hotel was. The desk clerk said yes. He only helped me by calling another hotel or two after I had to insist. At that point I was getting desperate. I will give him credit for actually calling two other places for me and telling me where to go, but if I haven’t made kind of a scene, they would’ve just turned me out onto the street with no idea of where to go next. Thankfully, the other hotel was nicer and more affordable. So, overall recommendation, don’t stay here.

Disappointing

Clean, big room, nice windows and comfortable bed. The location was excellent, very close to the train station (as we travelled a lot by train) and at the same time in the city center. Our room was quiet and with a private bathroom. With a view to a quiet internal yard. Keep in mind that there were rooms with a bathroom on the floor (shared bathroom).

The host was very nice and available. The location is also really good, in between the train station and the city center. The place was clean but the bathroom (shared) and the room were a bit smelly. In the description it says that there's a fridge, but in the end it was in a private area of the apartment, so not available for use, we had bought some cheese because we saw that the fridge was there, luckily the host was really nice and he let us use it. Overall the place is okay but not very cozy, and definitely too expensive considering that there's no kitchen and the bathroom is shared.

Central, spacious Staff were quite rude and got angry at us on the phone for not finding the door even though there are two entrances for some reason and only one is listed on the site.

The host was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. The location is good, quite close to some very nice cafee and to the train station (and autostation). Even tho we heard some say that they never got the "bill" when they paid, we didn't encountered problems like that. The host waited for us with the bill when we arrived, even tho we arrived quite late (somewhere arround 21:00). And they even prepared a water dispenser for travelers, so any costumer can drink all they need. Some other costumers mentioned that they heard noise from the other "apartments". Because it's one big apartment with some rooms that are reserved separatly, it's kind of implied that some noise might be present, depending on the other costumers that booked the other rooms. But, at least on our stay, it was nothing to be bothered by.

We like the place and the location very much, it was very clean and comfortable - near to the center of the city and the train station. Also we had a problem last night to enter the building and Chadi was very helpful and came very fast to assist us.

Great location, good shower, lift to the 5th floor. Bed was fairly comfy. Decent pillow Check in from 12pm. It was across the road from the address listed here, but that was communicated on the day of check-in. WiFi wasn't working well at all ..I tried to do some work and had to use mobile data cos the wifi was so bad. No mirror in the room so had to wait for the bathroom to put in contacts, do makeup etc. and poor lighting in the bathroom. Fiddly key for bedroom door. Staff member had a cold or something and went round sniffing loudly and hacking up phlegm which was off-putting to say the least. Thin towels. No ventilation in bathroom apart from opening the window which faced on to other flats. Pricey for what it was. Fridge in the room, but not even a bottle of water provided.

A fantastic location and Rosina was a wonderful host. The room was a little plain, but is spacious and light with a wardrobe and mini-fridge.
