Our room was very small and there was only a slide door between the room and the bathroom, no bathroom privacy. We were also surprised that the water was not complimentary. There was no pricelist for the minibar to indicate you have to pay for the water bottles.

It was not 4-start quality. The building needed updates and some upkeep. It was 2-start quality at best.

They kept it clean and it was right next door to Trattoria Via Serra Some Electric sockets didn’t work and they were in the wrong places. The coffee pot had such a short cord that you literally had to hold it while it heated up. They gave me an extension cord but it had to be so long I would trip over it and it connected over the head of my bed the bathroom door actually blocked the area where you would enter the bed if it was open but the door had to remain open because the only real light in the room came from the bathroom. When I arrived I looked a mess since it was a long travel day and the two people behind the desk were making fun of me and laughing since they didn’t realize I understood Italian There were also some good staff that tried to help me with the coffee pot situation and another that ordered me a taxi for the airport

Very good location near the railway station as we needed. Quiet place Not so many restaurants or pizza s near by, but it was fine for one night

Sound insulation isn't good. It was quiet for us, except for hearing people coming and going, but it could be irritating if there are loud people in nearby rooms.

Very convenient location near the station, and reasonably easy walk into the centre. The staff were wonderful and sorted out a couple of issues very smoothly Some of the rooms and bathrooms were quite small - the first one I was given had only one small window and the shower room was tiny with nowhere to put anything.. Breakfast was disappointing compared with other Italian hotels I have stayed in
