Near the train station, clean room, easy self check (it was done with instructions via phone). The room was comfortable overall, but a few amenities would benefit from replacement or repair, including the noisy portable AC and the broken toilet bin. Overall, too expensive for what it offers.

Close to the train station in a quiet area. Checkin via an odd system but guided step by step by the owner. Room size and cleanliness were ok Needs some investment in furniture. Beds are narrow and not very comfortable, shower box and shower head not working well and towels were quite rough

Excellent location. 15 mins monorail/walk from airport. caught train to Imola every morning…5 min walk to station Nice clean room, comfy bed,excellent shower Can’t think of anything.

Location to train station easy walking distance. Staff-owners most helpful in explaining the details of after hours check-in.Very accommodating in cash payment for the room. Building is ultra secure for any safety concerns a person might have. Nothing a perfect place for short stay.
