The place was very comfortable and clean, and no noises around. There was a convenient supermarket just next to the building which was great! The host was very helpful and kind.

Rooms are in the 3 bedroom towerblock (old, tired building). Each room is one of the rooms in the 3 bedroom flat, they just have the separate key to your room door. Sound - you will hear everything from next door from snoring, peeing, shower, telephone conversation, coughing and so on, you will hear it all. Owners want to do all communication outside booking.com using WhatsApp rather than booking platform or email. They offer discount if not booking on booking.com and going directly with them. (quite rude and clear they want to cut booking.com fees out ) They keep messaging from 6am in the morning even though checkout is not until 9am. Language barriers can be difficult however as I speak multiple languages found one that they speak as well. I have added below further info and messages and screenshots. You can make your own decisions however for me I would never stay there again and I dont feel they should be listed on this platform. Room cost for night was over 540 euros. PS! Their response is incorrect to my review. Words they have alluded are incorrect and I have full history of screenshots what they said to me with timestamps. When I have shared full communication to all my business partners and contacts, people could not believe the behaviour of the host. As a result of their reply below I an now taking legal advice due to deformation of character attack directly to me within the reply from them. On the booking it was clear all communication should be made via the booking platform and they refused to do that. for them to suggest I was seeking to return is not correct as Bologna is not a place where my travels take me usually. Legal case pending! Now I have travelled a lot around the world, I have used booking.com a lot but this is something new to me, someone to threaten me like this. I advised I will check with booking.com as they are the operator I used to make the booking. I did advise them I feel harassed. I did also remind them I was upfront from the start that I have had travel issues due to Heathrow closure and had not made it home as yet. (BARE IN MIND I HAD PAID UPFRONT). So for them to tell me there is a deadline to issue the invoice and after that day it cannot be done, does not sound quite right to me, based on all my travel experience. (We are talking about 72 hours from when I checked out after that they said it cannot be done). I also reminded them that I had written my details on the paper they gave me at the time when the wife gave me the keys on arrival. Now this below is the reply I got 1 minute later Monday 24/03/2025 at 16.06 beautiful but what are you saying. how dare you. i have to issue an invoice and that's it. a person who says he travels all over the world... and still isn't capable of telling me who i have to issue the invoice to doesn't even know what he's talking about. are you kidding? i have duties... and i have to respect them. if you have problems it's not my fault. is that clear? i have a pending invoice and i have to issue it. so try to give me a heading. otherwise i'll register it to you as a person. i'm the one who has to complain that you've deferred to my requests three times. so which one is bothering me? be careful what you say and measure your words. is that clear? the details you wrote on the sheet do NOT match the invoice. if it is a company or something else you must write them correctly and not incorrectly. I use a digital program to make invoices and it asks me for very precise data. if you live in another world.. I cannot know this. here in Italy we need all the certain and precise data. .

The accommodation was clean and the wifi worked well. It is well situated in terms of walking to the Exhibition grounds. The room was noisy with permanent residents living next door who speak loudly and have a very noisy young child who shouts and cries a lot. I was woken up one night close to midnight by the family returning home and causing a disturbance. I chose the accommodation as it is close to the Exhibition and offers soundproof rooms. Don't stay here if you want a peaceful stay.

Good location, 15-20 in walk from the train and bus station. Quiet neighbourhood, nice pizzaria only 5 min away. The 5E vouchers for breakfast are more then enough. Our stay was too short :)

Very clean room and bathroom. Kind and helpful staff. Great location especially for the visitors to Congress Center.

The staff was really thoughtful and made sure that we did not missed anything during our stay. They even offered each of us a 5 EUR voucher every morning for having breakfast at the nearby cafe, which were more than enough to have some coffee, fresh juice and croissants. We were also daily supplied with bottles of fresh water. The room was very clean and cosy and had a spatious terrace. -

Great communication, super clean room and the neighborhood was fantastic. Since it was on the outskirts everytime we went to the Coop or surrounding shops we found incredibly helpful and outgoing people willing to take time as we fumbled through being tourists. Our hosts also were prompt, friendly and kept the room tip top for us. Maybe fluffier pillows but at home we have special temperpedic pillows, so unfair to expect that
