The property is very conveniently located to Expo but not in the center. The rooms are clean and convenient. The breakfast was great. Debbie is an amazing host, very nice and helpful. The value is good. Our one night stay was perfect

La villa is where you want to go when you go to Bologna. It’s the best place I have ever been, the house is so lovely and cosy and so easy to get everywhere you need to go. Debbie is such an awesome host, more than a host, she took extraordinary care fore every detail and made me feel at home, what great energy and smile to be around . The breakfast was phenomenal, never had such a rich and delicious breakfast like hers even in a 5 star hotel. Honestly couldn’t be happier about this staying, it made my heart happy. Thank you so much, we need more people and houses like this❤️ Will definitely come back soon!! Everything was perfect, wouldn’t change a single thing.

I only liked the fact that it was close to my workplace, so that I didn’t have to walk a long way. And sure breakfast was included, but for the price paid and the location itself, it is not like it shouldn’t be taken for granted A few things that were present in the property description were not present, therefore I was a bit disappointed by that. Also I didn’t see anywhere written on the page that there was also an extra staying tax, which would’ve been nice to know beforehand. Noisy customers came to the property late and talked with a high tone of voice around midnight, and overall weird / creepy neighborhood.

The Host is very nice and helpful, we had a great time with friends. The accommodation is close to the bus stop, which runs approximetely every 30 minutes. Its great price-quality ratio. All good.

We had a stay we never forget. The room was great, there were 2 bathrooms so we never had to wait long. It is just 20 minutes walk to Bologna city centre. The breakfast was delicious and homemade by our host - she was excellent, she helped us with everything we needed, gave us tons of recommendations for restaurants, wineshops, sights and more for us in the time when most of these things were closed during the holiday season in Italy. We had the best time in the city thanks to her and we are very grateful. Hopefully we will revisit one day <3

Check in was convenient. Two bathrooms for four rooms, so you don’t have to fight to go to the bathroom. Free parking. Location is fine. Breakfast was good. The room was a little bit smelly. We opened the windows to try to change the smell.

The room was large.The location is close to the public transport. The bed was very comfort. Very delicious breakfast, the products were amazing. The possibility to park the car in a private car park was great The place isn't very close to the center, a car must be used for a dinner.
