I like the room size, nice breakfast and cleaned room. Free wifi is kind of slow. I book the ticket through booking. Why I should pay city tax as extra when I checked in. I still didn't receive that invoice?

Clean, in good condition The elevators were not working on our departure. It was very hot and we were pulling around a lot of luggage. We chose a hotel stay to avoid maneuvering stairs with bad backs and luggage

I liked the room, cleanliness, and service of housekeeping. What disappointed my family and I were the exceptionally poor communication from front desk receptionists. Lack of clear communication by front desk staff. What could be easily communicated took too long and many turns.

The location is across the street from a park on a main street. There is free parking out front and paid parking in a basement garage. There are numerous restaurants minutes away. A grocery store is just a 3 minute walk away. The main train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The location is clean. The breakfast buffet is large and neat. Great selection of juices and the coffee machine is fantastic. The desk personnel are knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are adequate size and the AC is a benefit with numerous heat waves in the summer. The bed is clean and very comfortable. The restroom has a bidet and of a good size. It was a bit more expensive than expected for the accommodations. The free parking is hit and miss. The street traffic makes getting in and out of the location a challenge.

Excellent hotel with great staff and comfy rooms. Very nice breakfast and convenient location for the airport and city center. Bus station is outside of the hotel and the supermarket is across the street. Top choice for anyone who wants to visit Bologna!

great location, clean and spacious room, bus stop in front of the hotel, easy parking in front of the hotel or in the hotel garage noisy air conditioning, glass (frosted) and leaky toilet doors so you can see person on toilet and hear everything, the breakfast selection was average, unfortunately the same every day without any variations
