Friendly straff, clean room, Nice breakfast also regarding special food for me who needed glutenfree

Breakfast was OK. You were out of bread and stuff and bit too earl;y.

Breakfast? Breakfast could have been better. One had to be down early to avail of good selection.

The shower tray has no ribs on the floor so you could slip, and no hand rails inside the shower, At breakfast the hotel was busy, and with only one coffee machine, there were long queues, also the machine for toast was very very slow, I would suggest they invest in a toast machine that automatically goes forward and then it drops at the back, apart from this all good

Breakfast was great with lots of options! They have a great coffee/cappuccino machine. The AC kept needing attention (it kept going out so we would have to contact maintenance). A false fire alarm went off at 630am causing us to evacuate and the staff didn't know how to turn the alarm off so we had to wait outside in the cold for over an hour for the technician to arrive.

Ac is working very poorly, and the split blows to the bed on the face which is pretty annoying. Also curtains don't block the light so wake up from the sun unfortunately.

- bed was comfortable - friendly staff - hidden 50 euro preauthorization fee. I found out about this fee on checking-in without being able to say no. At the end, we needed to pay 36 euros from all of that. - windows are not fully closed - lots of noise from outside

Its close to the Fiera. And breakfast was okay. It’s too expensive for what you get. But i guess it’s catered towards businesses.

Such a fantastic experience! We were welcomed by very friendly and professional staff. The room was spacious and quiet at night. The breakfast had so many tasty options (the crispy bacon was 10/10!) in a room surrounded by beautiful greenery. Even though it's a little outside from the center, the location is perfect and very easy to reach with public transportation/car. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Bologna!!! The bathroom wasn't very well cleaned and the windows of the room were dirty. We could hear some music every morning coming from our window which was a little bit annoying if you want to sleep in a bit longer after 8am. (not sure where it came from, maybe from the courtyard). For a 4 star hotel we would have expected a kettle in the room and to receive a complimentary water on the second day of our stay.

Unfortunately, this is another place where sound insulation comes last in the list of requirements. Take your earplugs with you. Also, a 4-star hotel without a water heater in the room in 2026? Come on, you can do better.

Good hotel for short stay

the room is nice , quite small but enough for bussines trip. the breakfast is nice although maybe can add more variety or change the menu. but overall is nice and recommended, especially for those who goes to the fair.

I would prefer a kettle in the room.
