It is a bit far from the main square. You need to taxi or bus to get there, which the taxi adds to the cost of the stay.

Modern and air conditioned. Nice breakfast included. It was a little far from city center. They had a water issue that lasted several hours so we were not able to shower in the morning. It was fixed by late afternoon

Amazing staff, especially receptionists. Incredible choice at breakfast. On site parking. Good air con. Very comfortable bed, good shower. It’s a good 25 minute walk into the city - but there are regular buses into the city and the bus stop is right near the hotel Not the hotel’s fault, but be aware the city tax here is over €5 p/p/p night - so take this into account when budgeting The gym was out of use for repairs which was disappointing as we hadn’t been notified of this. However, when we asked, they gave free parking which was €12 a night

Access to bolognaFiere grounds was convenient. Breakfast was really nice. For the high price we had no AC and no hot water for 24 hours and were very far from the city centre.

The hotel was well designed, the room was comfortable, the staff was excellent-professional, welcoming, and informative-the breakfast well presented and the location-close to public transportation-made the stay an effortless experience. The parking situation was also excellent, the spaces adequate for vehicles of all sizes. Nothing

The staff was very kind and the breakfast was great! The room was enough for a couple in a NYE night, although 20 minutes walk away from the city centre. I had a great time in Bologna! My biggest problem with the property was the heating system. It made the room super dry and a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast. Never fully refilling even if it’s still 2h till close of breakfast service. I had to go and ask every time for every item and they would only bring some quantity for 1/2 persons which obviously is not enough for everyone. But never refilling the rest of 20 dishes missing. eg eggs or bacon missing together with fruits and croissants, zi did ask for bacon at least and they brought 4 slices in a pan ?? Really? Are you on a policy on cutting costs? Sure but zi paid for this service. Very un pleasing

The location.

One of the rooms that was for our mothers, was small double room and we didn't realized how small it is until we went there. It was uncomfortable, small, with not enough space in the room and the bath was leaking.. The other thing was that there are mosquitos in the summer and other insects but there weren't nets on the windows. The biggest disappointment was that we were in Italy and the first three days we had cafe AMERICANO on breakfast.. I couldn't believe it. At some point I think a man complained because one of the mornings the breakfast wasn't ready when it was supposed, it was a total chaos for a few minutes and when you don't get a good coffee it can be a challange. I don't understand why it is so hard to buy a good coffee-machine like anywhere else and resolve the problem for everybody the staff and the clients that pay for a good breakfast after all..

The room is very quiet the surrounding area is quiet and safe The room we stayed smells vaping. We got sore throat after staying there. Maybe the ventilation needs a little improvement

Great breakfast! It’s very loud there, you can here your neighbors talking, when someone above you uses the bathroom, you have the impression and small plane is taking off next to you. It’s nearly impossible to reach the reception in the evening and even when we succeeded and asked for calling a taxi for half an hour they asked to call back 10 minutes before we need it, like they would not be able to put it on a piece of paper and call at the good moment. We had to wait for more than 10 minutes for the checkout, as there was no one at the reception. When the lady finally arrived she was super confused and was not able to say how much we need to pay (not mentioning that her English was very poor and I needed an interpreter).
