I already stayed at Hotel Plata last year and it’s a good location and you get what you pay for. Good value for money but for a few extra dollars maybe you can get a good upgrade The staff this el year was not as friendly as the girls I encountered last year. Also not the hotels fault but due to metro roadworks there was problems with water supply so I wasn’t able to have a shower at all.

excellent staff hotel is kept very clean 70usd per week is a fair price shower head needs to be replace shower head is broken the sink drain leaks the toilet doesnt flush all the way sometimes it does maybe every fourth time or so it flushes all the way i stayed here in the same room room 203 in 2022 and everything is the same toilet sink shower head same thing 2022

Friendly staff, safe, secure, big bed, hot water, plenty of windows, not stuffy or cold, close to Oxxo convenience store and restaurants. I would stay here again. Wi-fi ok but not fantastic. Rather noisy as other reviews say, but it didn't bother me.

The hotel was well located near the airport and public transport. We were able to reach restaurants and shops with ease. It was also really reasonably priced and they were very accommodating in holding onto our luggage for the day while we waited for our flight, despite a very small reception. A lot of the reviews were very positive, stating it was clean and perfect for a short stay. The linens were clean but the blankets they used definitely hadn't been washed in a long time. The room was incredibly noisy on the main road and we were on the 5th floor with no elevator. Moreover, the room could use a lick of paint as there were many large damp/mould patches. Granted, we didn't pay a lot, so our expectations weren't lofty.
