Location is the only thing worthy of stay here. Not recommended at all. The worst staying I ever had in Bogota. The property staff was cleaning at 2am on the morning and putting music at loud. We couldn’t sleep at all. After requesting help to the receptionist, they only help we got was to just wait for them to finish cleaning. And as a cherry on the top, one of the staff treated us for denouncing them. And be aware, the check out is really at 12:00 PM. They declare in Booking.com that is at 01:00 PM, if you let the time pass they will extra charge you with 20% over the cost of the night per hour. Horrible experience.

Everything about the property is great. We had been requesting room cleaning service multiple days, and no one paid us any mind. The two male front desk agents said they had reported to problem, and even up until check out time, no one said anything to us, or showed any effort in cleaning the room, which was not dirty btw, we just wanted new linens.

The floors weren't clean, the TV wasn't working, staff said they would fix it, yet they didn't.

The location was ok and the hotel itself was not bad for the price. They should indicate in the booking description that the avenue where the hotel is located is closed due to construction of the metro, and that most likely you would have two blocks going around the pedestrian walkfor a away to cross from one side of the avenue to where the hotel is. We did have issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, lots of hairs on the floors on the floors and bathrooms, and suspicious stains on the sheets.

The hotel was great and all but the rooms are not that sound proof and the because of the subway construction situation, it was really loud from the outside during my stay.

My stay was good however I arrived in the early hours of the 23rd and I found the amount quoted to the 31st was enough up to the 30th because they counted the “23”. I am still not sure how. But I paid extra money for the 31st March. Another thing breakfast was the same from 23-31. Egg mixed with sausage, bread, coffee and a glass of orange juice. If there can please be a change in the menu.
